Many years of great experience with Pilot
Over the many years I have been with Pilot I have found they are available when any queries arise. They reply quickly. They are clinically ethical , ie they require updated information from me before I renew my prescription. They are happy to explain why some prescription strengths cannot be arbitrarily increased as there is not only there is non added benefit but side effects may ensue. My products have shown gteat results and will ensure I continue with Pilot for the forseeable future...

Support , product delivery and results - FANTASTIC
I’m 4 months along the weight loss path . It has been seamless from the phone appointments , the emailing , and finally product delivery . Hi guys went into KFC Deeragun just North of Townsville for a simple order of 3 pieces original and 3 pieces hot and spicey to me was a simple order. But was told it will be a half hour wait. Hey let's tell the truth..... the KFC product is now an abomination of the 1980's product. Back then KFC used boilers chickens past their laying age. The original recipe was wonderful tasty. Not the garbage the international brand offers nowadays. Hey guys I am 62 years of age I do remember the actual original KFC flavour not the bullshit offered to your customers nowadays.

Prescribed medications they deemed unsafe after first dispense
Enquired about one of their products and following a consultation where they discussed my circumstances, and after I provided them a list of my active medications they approved a medication treatment.
For six weeks the medication was effective, however some internal process triggered a review of my plan from Pilot.
I had five days of random messages saying ‘I would be contacted shortly’ and after getting three messages like this with no details, i reached out to them to find out what was happening
I reconfirmed the medication details I had already provided and they determined the treatment they offered me was unsafe and they were discontinuing it.
To explore options again they now require a letter from my GP and at that point I’m not sure what value they bring to the matter if I need to discuss with a local GP anyway.
Very concerned they have a process that can allow unsafe medications to be sent out for six weeks, and the very slow and frustrating process of getting notifications about a non specific review instead of a straight forward phone call.

My initial consult Wes easy and professional, to change your dosage was easy and approved by a doctor before receiving, upon asking for an early repeat was not a problem and was prompted and on its way within 24 hours.

Experience with pilot has been first…
Experience with pilot has been first class. My hair regrowth journey is fairly new so too early to comment on results at this time.
However I can say that I recently consulted a hair transplant specialist and was told that it is too late for someone with my stage hair loss for finasteride to be an effective treatment. So this makes me a little confused and not sure who to believe right now.
