Very happy with the company since they took over the school that I have block bookings. Quick reply, very nice staff, and well look after existing clients. I am happy to do more bookings with them. Just a suggestion, that I have a lot of bookings with other letting agents and they normally invoice monthly and never charge any direct debit fee, also accept shorter cancellation notice, maybe this is something you can look into, to help clients with cash flow, thus provide even better service.

They do not honour their block bookings and the refund policy is very shifty. They cancelled our booking with a weeks notice despite us having another few weeks left which we had pre-paid for, and there is no sign of a refund weeks later.
It’s all fine until you actually have to deal with them; the customer service is extremely rude and demonstrates a clear lack of care for their paying customers. Just see the recent Sky News article about them and their appalling customer service which says it all.
I will never be using this unethical service again.

Regardless of their lack of honouring contracts and prioritising corporate/men's leagues, look no further than the replies to 1 star reviews to get an idea of the customer service. Petty, childish, dishonest, and unprofessional.

Please do not give this company your custom.

Great organisation of the leagues couldn’t have asked for better. Pitches are always top tier recommended it highly especially if you’re into Football.

You only need to read any of Hireapitch’s responses to bad reviews on this platform to understand how they will deal with you as a customer. I have never encountered a business so unprofessional.

They are also bribing users of their facilities with 3 free football games if they leave a 5 star review - might want to look into that one Trust Pilot! Stay away at all costs - this company only cares about money, not about its customers!

I just read the amateur women's football team kicked off the pitch article on the news and bloody hell it's exactly what happened to us on the very same facility.
We got our refund at least but let me say cancelling our block booking this way, out of the blue, for long-term customers like us is not only unprofessional but awful.

Before any response to this comment:
- NO the replacement pitch offered was unacceptable
- NO there was no real desire to help us or accomodate
- NO this is not acceptable in any possible way

I guess the gentlemen of Hireapitch would not have liked themselves this treatment if they were us or other teams involved.

It is just about money, greedy.

It is fair to say the pandemic was tough for all of us but at least the decency to give us notice on our block booking not going to be renewed and let us finish.
Instead kicked out straightaway because "the league" pays better and was kicked out from another facility for complains about lightning.

Keep playing the fake dumb card cos it suits this business to perfection. Ofc there is no record of my name. If there was another chance to have to deal with this business I'd have asked everybody to take the same reservation .. 16 names for a single reservation .. jeezz

Don't get me wrong, as long as you acknowledge we were kicked out, despite a bulk booking, offering in change the pitch with lightening issues, due residents complains, where the league couldn't take place (so unacceptable for us as well) I'm good. I wish you all the best for the future.

As with many others cancelled our batch booking in the middle of it because another league was offering more money. A good company would honour your agreement and payment of multiple weeks and let you finish the booking rather than cancel it in the middle of it.

It has been in sky news this companies malpractice and because another team has publicised their dismay, they seem to think they are being bullied. Bit pathetic really.

They are also begging league teams to leave 5 star reviews which I imagine is against Trust Pilots rules and regulations of being listed on the website .

Friendly Service and Great prices and availability of games.

I love how games are organised with a good time phase.
Referees are also dedicated . Good pitch and soccer balls. It’s been great so far

We were their customers in the same pitch for the past few years (Same from the Sky news article that came out on Wed 6th about @southlondonlacesfc). We had a rolling subscription with them but as they found someone who'd paid them more, they had no issues with cancelling our already paid subscription. They did offer alternative pitches but they were of way lower quality.
I understand that anyone who owns a business wants to make a profit, specially after Covid, but you'd expect some 'love' after being their customers for so long.
I hope it's worth it Hireapitch. Your lack of business ethics is appalling. And there are no T&Cs that will change that.

Abhorrent customer service, do not use.

Good experience. The organisers have daily games all across london and you chose what days you want to go. Very convenient. Also have a groupchats. Would highly recommend if you want to play ball on a regular.
Massive shout out to David the main organiser I know.

I really like that there are multiple games happening eech day at various times. If I don't miss one day, there's the next, and can fit them around my schedule. It's very convenient.
