Horrible experience. Each step took three times as long as was estimated on their website, and the shirts did not come in time for the bachelorette party.... so over $400 wasted.

I ordered the custom boxers from a…
I ordered the custom boxers from a Valentine‘s ad well before Valentine’s Day. They had literally said it would arrive by Valentine’s Day. I thought it was a scam site and that I was never going to see them and well into March. We finally got them. They are 100% polyester not comfortable although funny they do run small as well. Never going to order from this company again.

It was honestly so much better than I…
It was honestly so much better than I expected. Considering it was a gag gift I wasn't expecting good quality print or shirt but I was wrong. The placement of the photos is great and the purple name with the lightning is fantastic. I laughed so hard when I saw it because it's so ridiculous and fabulous. My husband is going to be surprised on his birthday. I've shown three people just a photo of it and they asked me for the link to the site. Will definitely come back for a pet one next.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Histozing to create custom team shirts for our gymnastics program. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly to every question I had and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire design and ordering process.
Unfortunately, our team shirts were delayed in the mail due to a snowstorm, completely out of Histozing’s control, but they kept me updated the entire time and reassured me that the shirts would arrive. Their communication and professionalism during that situation meant so much, especially with a team depending on those shirts. And just as promised, they arrived!
I’ve also previously ordered two personal shirts from Histozing, and those turned out amazing as well. The quality of the product is fantastic, great fit, great print, and they hold up beautifully.
I highly recommend working with Histozing. The product is excellent, and the customer service is just as impressive. We will absolutely be ordering again!

Sizing is too Small
While the shirt it’s self is cute, the Sizing is way too small. Their shirts run small.. The Medium Shirt measures to be a small.. even though it is labeled as a medium.. I would size up 2 sizes if you order.. I sent pics of me measuring the shirt, and they refused to offer a refund or exchange! We are unable to use the very expensive T shirt.

HIGHLY dissatisfied & emails about complaints go unanswered.
I actually wrote 2 emails prior to this that were not responded to about my dissatisfaction.
Firstly, the quality of the T-shirt is terrible even for that brand of Tee, I own several. The picture is nowhere near as vibrant as the proof I was sent, it looks nothing like the pictures of shirts in the advertisements on social media.
The colors & quality are very muted, not vibrant as shown in ads.
I am an African American women & I also ordered the boxers with my face on them that I have yet to receive. I am confused as to why we are not given different shades to choose for the bodies on these boxers our heads are placed on OR if someone in your team has different shades & they can match accordingly. As a brown woman it doesn't look too great if my head is placed on a Caucasian body.
And again, I have yet to receive the boxers, customer service is below standard, emails aren't answered.
I would not recommend. Order from Amazon where the prices are a lot cheaper & the photo looks more professional.

Pleased… then displeased
The shirts came out alright. The layout was cool, but the quality wasn’t great. I ordered 2 shirts on Valentine’s Day. I was then given a promo so I ordered one for myself. I had an issue checking out because I didn’t change the payment type or select express shipping. Dealing with customer service was difficult. They offered me an 85% refund although they cancelled because they couldn’t meet my deadline. I reached out immediately after my mistake, they promised the promo code would be applied and that I could pay to expedite. I only got a 100% refund after disputing because I didn’t cancel on my own. I told them if I wasn’t going to get the full refund, to keep the order and send me my sweater at standard shipping (which was paid for at the time I checked out). Instead of doing that, they cancelled my order for a 100% refund. I wanted the sweater. Not a refund. I feel so ridiculous because I recommended this site to my friends BEFORE the issue. I didn’t even tell them my issue. They came to me complaining about the quality. Cute for a quick laugh. That’s about it. But don’t laugh too hard, I’m not sure the shirt can stand too much movement without the print wearing off.

Not only did I love my T-shirt, but when I had an issue with my order they were on top of getting it corrected and followed up. I was worried initially that I would never get my product and there would be no customer support, but it was the opposite. I did see some reviews mentioning scams or delivery issues, but mine arrived safely right. Of course it was a bit slow for overseas shipment.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! You guys did an incredible job and it was the perfect gift for my boyfriend this V-Day. He laughed so hard.
