Finally I got my order after 19 days but that's not the reason I will not order again. It's the 15,93 € which I should have paid to get the package because of custom duty.

The e-shop works perfectly
The e-shop works perfectly, goods in stock, availability of goods that you can't find elsewhere, great prices, fast shipping, the communication of the shop is absolutely perfect (amazing these days).
Unfortunately, I am from an EU country and so my package was detained at customs and additional fees were imposed on it (CLO, VAT, handling fees and the package was also detained for approx. 14 days in my country), which were assessed at a higher price than the price goods, which is not the fault of the e-shop, which is excellent in every way and I will definitely order again sometime. thank you very much HitCigars, you do your job perfectly !
