Scammed me took my money & have stopped replying . I have them 2 weeks to rectify this problem but they didn’t want to help .

Don’t use this service

After contacting my local post office, I was informed that the customs declaration of the package wasn't filled right. From HitCigars side, they said that sent the package with all the information. I asked for a reship and HitCigars tell me that I have to pay delivery taxes again. I got a refund on the product price but not on the €9 shipping fee and didn't receive my product. The only one to be hurt by this was me that paid €9 to not receive a product because HitCigars couldn't (and didn't want to) figured out a way to solve the problem. Such great customer service.

PS: It is allowed to import tobacco to Sweden.

I've bought several boxes with several orders from Hitcigars and even with the problems of the pandemic they have been exceptionally good, with regular updates on orders with Parcel Force tracking as well and all delivered in perfect condition inside a well sealed cardboard box with individual boxes in airtight bags, packed with bubble wrap... Most arrived sealed with all having bar codes that can be checked... although one needn't bother as the taste is lovely genuine Habanos be it the taste of a Montecristo Romio y Julieta H. Upmann Cohiba Hoyo De Monterrey etc lovely flavours with the same quality as C.Gars or JJ Fox etc or any UK supplier... and much better prices... Although my last order was stopped by customs and had to pay more than the price for the cigars in taxes, however, they were still less expensive than if I'd bought them in the UK. So I thoroughly recommend Hitcigars with five stars for genuine Cuban Cigars at good prices with good customer services and updates

Reading the other reviews. I'd advise reading the terms and conditions... Taxes are a lot and are our responsibility and if we don't pay them, we'll incure costs with responsibilities including losses outlined if we neither pay import taxes or for the return postage for the partial refund available...

Do not buy tobacco from this site, l made a purchase and never arrived , customs even send me a letter threatening me with legal actions.
