Don't waste your time or money on this place. They don't fulfill orders. Scam artists.

I think I am scammed.

I purchased an item on Feb 4, 2022. I keep checking the order status. It is still not shipped after 3 weeks.

I emailed them and asked when it will be shipped. No response is received after a week.

I dont even feel like giving one star for my review. Should be considered a scamming website. Placed my order on Jan17, 2022. It's been a month. The order has not even been shipped, upon checking the order status. Please do not buy from this website. No order confirmation has been sent via email too.

I have updated the rating to 4. I have received my refund after they were unable to find a courier to my country and can confirm that they are very legit team.

Hey, Please never buy anything from hitmodern.
At first, they will accept your order, amount will be duducted. And the order status will be "ordered" for a month even after you keep on asking for follow ups. Then they will say that they have been unable to find a courier service. And you money will be stuck, they are not refunding the money. Big red flag from my experience. I will edit the review if I receive any further update but so far, a big red flag. Please don't fall for it.

Scam - No product received. No response from customer service.

Rip off merchants order at your own peril. You won’t receive your product

Stay away big scam ordered a product on Dec 9 . Check on Dec 19 said was shipped. But tracking shows to be a bad . On dec 21they said it's in transit but can't supply a tracking number. It's a big scam save your money and info. I reported it as scam. So I will get refund

I ordered a product from hitmodern on 8 Dec and now it's 15 Dec but there is no updates and no shipped my product, I tried to so many time to contact them but there is no reply, Now I worries about it cz I pay online.

Product might be great, but haven't received it yet. Ordered Nov 16, then 4 days to get it ready (yoiks) now no updates and its already Dec 10.

I should know better than to order from sites like this.

Be wary.

One of the most unique stores out there, I love the products and have ordered multiple times. Would love to see more collections soon.
