I recently had trouble logging into the…

I recently had trouble logging into the HitPaw app, but their customer service team was absolutely fantastic! They responded quickly and guided me through every step until my login issue was completely fixed. The support staff were friendly, patient, and professional, making the whole experience stress-free. It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about helping their users. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to get back up and running in no time. Highly recommend HitPaw not just for their app, but for their excellent customer service as well!

Excellent and understanding customer support!

I recently had an issue with my HitPaw license that prevented me from logging in because the “Unlink” button in the Device Management section was greyed out. I contacted the support team and received a quick and friendly response from Quinn. Even though the situation was a bit tricky due to account security restrictions, Quinn handled it very professionally and offered me a fair and generous solution. I truly appreciate the clear communication and helpful attitude. Excellent service — this kind of customer care really builds trust. Highly recommended!

Enhance your picture with a few clicks without complicated menus and settings!

I bought HitPaw FotorPea a while ago and decided to upgrade last week. Still my favorite app to enhance pictures with just a few clicks. Originally I bought the app to enhance pictures I took almost 20 years ago with one of my first digital cameras and it did a very good job. Nowadays I use it to enchance that one picture that went wrong or a good picture I want to enhance for my social media.

great product and support


Outstanding software and exemplary customer support

Hit paw vikpea is an extremely powerful and efficient image enhancement solution. I use it primarily for restoring and improving visuals from old VHS sources, and the results are truly impressive. The upscaling quality is excellent, details are recovered cleanly, and the overall image enhancement feels very natural without introducing artifacts. It has become a key tool in my workflow.

Beyond the performance of the software itself, I would also like to highlight the quality of their customer support. After I mistakenly purchased the Mac version instead of the PC version that better suits my setup, the team responded quickly, professionally, and with great understanding. They generously provided me with the appropriate PC license at no extra cost, which I consider a very classy and customer-oriented gesture.

A high-performance product combined with responsive and human customer service is rare today. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable image restoration and upsccaling software.

Definitely purchase Hitpaw

I started making You tube videos. But my AI images had a watermark on them. It said AI generated and that looked terrible. Not sure how I found Hit Paw, probably a Google search but so glad I did. I have not tried the AI mode yet because it says it takes a long time. I use the smooth filling mode which blurs the image and no more watermarks.You can use a brush, or a marquee or oval shape to surround the watermark. Then it removes the watermark. Watermark remover is easy to use and it makes the video look more professional.

I’ve had a great experience using…

I’ve had a great experience using HitPaw. The software offers very good quality results and is extremely easy to use, even for complex tasks. It’s especially useful for music productions that require creating videos, as the workflow is smooth and intuitive, allowing me to focus more on creativity rather than technical issues.

About using the license on another computer: for license security and abuse prevention, each license is tied to a limited number of devices. That said, you do not need to repurchase the software simply because you changed computers. Our support team can assist with device deactivation or transfer within the allowed limits.

I have been using HitPaw products on a PC and Mac

I have been using HitPaw products on a PC and a Mac for years and find them as my go-to tools for image restoration. They consistently do an excellent job of improving the fidelity of images, particularly historic images that are often blurry and occluded with surface aberrations like scratches. I also use HitPaw for removing backgrounds and other objects that reduce the central meaning of the image. Color restoration is built in where it is missing from some competitive products. The best part is the preset filters/functions that enable one-touch fidelity improvements. So it saves a lot of time compared to using other tools - most of which require a high degree of expertise and experience.

friendly customer support

What I appreciate most is the fast and friendly customer support. When I had an issue with activating my license after switching to a new computer, the support team responded quickly and explained the situation clearly and politely. They took the time to check my order and offered a fair solution.

In general, HitPaw provides solid software with useful features and responsive support. My experience has been positive, and I can recommend HitPaw to anyone looking for simple and effective photo editing tools with helpful customer service.

HitPaw worked as expected right away…

HitPaw worked as expected right away for the features I was looking for. Specifically, screen video captures and modifications. User interface was very intuitive and easy to use. Would definately recommend this product to others.

Unable to use HitPaw on a different device

I used HitPaw Video converter to create mp3 files for use with our Yoto player. It was working well until my laptop required replacing, after which time I have not been able to use the subscription I paid for. This is for most of the time I have had the subscription. I have been emailing HitPaw daily for approximately 2 weeks, and each time they tell me to try and log in again. Incredibly frustrating and certianly not worth the subscription I have paid for the company. HitPaw offered to give me a "free" license to use on my new computer (when I have already paid for a subscription) if I left a 5 star review here. Most recently after multiple emails and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue they suggested they had given me a new license to activate on my computer, but this is also not valid. I would be cautious in paying for this product

I have no complaints and many complaints at the same time

I have no complaints about the applications I purchased from HitPaw. They work very well for their intended purpose. However, unfortunately, I had numerous problems with access and authorization of use, even though I paid for 'perpetual' licenses, which are anything but perpetual. I bought an app thinking I would never pay for the service again, but with less than a year of use, the app was updated and stopped working. I had to buy it again. Later, I needed to format my computer and, to my surprise, when I reinstalled the app, it no longer allowed me to use it, assuming I was trying to make improper use on more than one machine, when, in fact, I was only reinstalling on the same machine. I tried countless times to solve the problem, without success. Now, I have been invited to leave a review to 'win' a new free license. All of this, to me, borders on bad faith. I am extremely disappointed. I have already spent a fortune buying the same product several times, only because I really need it and I'm not aware of another similar one that meets my needs. Again, the apps are great. Nothing to complain about there, but the customer service is terrible, and there is no clarity about what you are really buying and, in fact, having at your disposal.

We’re also sorry that our communication around licensing terms and upgrade policies was not clear enough, leading you to feel misled. Love the HitPaw product AND the Support…

I have loved the HitPaw product for years, and more importantly, the Customer Service has been great! The people at HitPaw have been responsive and helpful when I’ve had questions, needed direction, or in solving minor challenges – challenges, I should add, that have been largely self-inflicted. We all have numerous apps and tools on our phones and laptops. With many of them, Support is limited to FAQ’s or a “black hole” form you submit. HitPaw responds to me in a very reasonable time frame, and made sure I got full value from the product, making managing my media collections and projects quite painless.
