I recently had an issue with my Hit Paw software that required customer service so I wrote an email describing the issue and I was delighted to find that I received a positive response within a few hours.The problem involved my HitPaw Video converter software. I was unable to take advantage of the upgrade offer that came up when I opened the software. I was delighted to find that the support team responded with a solution that I will implement to resolve the issue I had. It's not often that you get such a quick response when trying to get customer service but the HitPaw team support team hit the mark. I very much appreciate my responsive customer service experience.

I have been using HitPaw Univid for long without any issues. It works like a charm. I have intel core i7 vPro processor. It works without lagging or buffer. The quality is amazing with AI technology.

First I'd like to say that HitPaw software is awesome!! It has allowed me to build my video library collection flawlessly. I have been a subscriber since 2022. Over that time I have had to contact customer service on a few occasions. They immediately respond and have resolved all problems I've had with billing and technical issues within a day or two. They have my complete confidence. I am not the most computer savvy person I they took the time to explain things to me in laymen's terms. I truly appreciate their patience with me. If video editing software is what you are in need of, go with HitPaw. You won't find a better product with great Customer Service. HitPaw.com is Awesome

I own two pieces of HitPaw's software: FotorPea and VikPea. Over all I am very satisfied with the software. What stands out is the excellent support I recently got from Quinn at HitPaw when I run into an upgrade-licensing problem. He was very helpful, quick and understanding and found the best solution I could have ever imagined. I can really recommend HitPaw!

I feel robbed actually. I paid for a unlimited something. Then i tried to fill up more credits wich there is not a system for, and the only way to do so was to pay for another subscription. So i ended up with two subscriptions. In total i spent 157 USD for basicly something i cant use because i will always have to fill up the credits wit new subscriptions. Feels like a deliberate scam.

I use HitPaw exclusively for image upscaling. The results are phenomenal. It feels like it can turn a an old photo scan into 4K. The face enhancement has to be seen to believe. I've searched for other alternatives and keep coming back to HitPaw. I also like that they keep coming out with new updates and improvements.

I've been using Hit paw for years, I love the app. I mainly use the converter section and I am so grateful of the professionalism of it's customer service. The app is affordable and customer service is always reliable. No issues with any bugs.

I called because I was getting billed double. They came up with some excuse that I must have accidently hit the button twice. But would not fix or refund. Finally, I canceled it. Two weeks later I signed up for a subscription deal at $9 a month for a year. Thought I would try it again for the deal. At the end of the month, they took my remaining credits and where my account said next billing and credits would come on 12-28. But they canceled my subscription and lied and said I canceled it. Been down for 3 weeks customer service is the worst. They wasted 3 weeks back and forth and did nothing but fabricate excuses.

They charged me 4x (120$) in just one month while i was on the month plan. I was on the plan to pay 30$ monthly and they have charged me already 4x this month

I Bought the full video to music conversion kit for 15 bucks and after that it wanted me to spend 50 bucks to unlock the 1000 features just to get to that one simple thing. When sites say FREE, they mean they're going to charge you for every step. Do not get this one as it's meant to rip you off

The program just saved me. I had a photo I gave to my clients 6 month ago. But they wanted to take off the manually added grain on the BW photo. It was impossible in Photoshop/Lightroom, but the FotorPea worked really great!
I used realistic denoise and it made the photo looked just I never used the grain.

Good photo quality and detailing after editing. Very easy to use and download.

Support's work was also excellent. Quick responses and all possible ways to help me were provided.

I've been using Hitpaw for a good few years now. I did pay for the license but it has been worth it every penny. And whenever I have any problem, they are quick to resolve it. Keep doing the great work!

This program really helped making my videos sharper and clearer than ever before.

I have had fotopea for a while now and found it excellent, I now need to fix and improve videos, I normally use Adobe Premier, but I couldn't get the improvements I wanted, so I purchased vikpea, and it does exactly what I need in a very short time, excellent product
