Wrong dates on card

Really like this game … played it at thanksgiving and bought four copies but as we are playing we have encounter errors on the cards … Gin Blossoms - follow me down had the wrong date - and it seems like there are others that are wrong so we now have to fact check the cards! As others have said - no reply from the company, ordered 6 days ago. Shop notifications still say ‘waiting for info’ meaning it hasnt been dispatched yet. I ordered it in plenty of time before going home for xmas but im left stressing and rushing to have to go and look for the game in a physical store.
What is going on? Where is the customer service or people packaging the parcels? Very disappointing..

Great idea but the technology ruins it

Great idea but the technology ruins it. The game is simple and really fun... when it works! Unfortunately, 4 cards out of 5 do not play the music. Not everyone have a Spotify account and I think we should be able to use Apple Music too. Why not have music samples available on Hitsters servers? You would not have to rely on the big players... I guess it is royalties issues.

Do not order from this website - Delivery not happened and zero response from company!

I placed an order in 28th June 2025 and have tried contacting the company three times to find out when delivery is likely or to provide a tracking number as it was meant to be max 5 days ! I have still not received any answer back and there is no option to do anything if delivery never happens! I have tried calling number on helpline which does not connect which leads me to believe this website is fake!
I know the game is great and for once tried supporting the company instead of going through amazon but realise this was a grave mistake ! Do not order from this website !

Don’t buy the game for iphone

Don’t buy the game if you have an iphone. App doesn’t work properly on iphone. Everyone complains about it, but it hasn’t been fixed in over a year.

Don’t buy direct from this company

Don’t buy direct from this company. I placed an order and they confirmed they sent the parcel through swiship. The parcel never arrived. Swiship’s tracking says it arrived and was left on my porch. It was not. Swiship’s email and telephone number do not work and Hitster have ignored my emails and instagram message too. Like other customers on here, I am left feeling like this is a scam.

Take orders and payments but don’t deliver

Placed an order for Hitster Summer Party on 9th March, ready for my brothers birthday on 15th March. Checkout and their delivery information confirmed 2 day delivery, but to allow up to 5 days, so this was fine.

Money has been taken and the order shows as ‘confirmed’, but there’s been nothing since. I contacted support via email and was just told there are ‘unforeseen delays’ with no indication if the item will ever arrive. I’ve since replied asking for a firm delivery date and heard nothing back.

I am left wondering whether this is simply a scam, and will be contacting my bank to get my money back if it’s not resolved.

We missen

Super leuk spel maar we missen sommige top bands, zoals U2, Dire Straits, Simple minds, supertramp en golden earing ed.

Game worked perfectly

Game worked perfectly. Fun for multi generations which was just what was needed for Christmas day. Have played since with friends and all are loving it, well done. Will need some more cards very soon though

Enjoyable Game with Some Issues

Bought this game for XMAS day and generally it worked okay. There were several QR codes that played the wrong songs to the cards so that spoilt the game a bit but overall it was an enjoyable game and the inferface with Spotify worked fine. We used about 30% of the cards in just 1 game for 6 players so with that number it can only be played 3-4 times withour repeating the songs. It definitley could do with more cards providing as part of the iniital pack.

Wrong songs being played with Hitster App

Just bought the game in Switzerland and even got a premium Spotify account. Songs are playing but connection always drops out (we have a secure, very fast internet) and the songs are not the ones on the card. Artist correct but a different song is being played. Very disappointing. Would not recommend to buy this game.

Do not buy it until it solved.
See latest reviews in app store before you buy.
Proposed workaround does not work.
I waited longtime before creating this review. But problem remains unsolved for too long.

Started good - ended really bad!

Started good - however after the 2 first games - without errors - 75% fetched wrong song on Spotify (a new set of cards mixed into the rest of the first set). Both on iphone and android. Makes the game useless!
