There was a huge mistake on your side where someone shut down our server (by mistake). It gave us a huge worry for the stability and growth.

We use Hivelocity for hundreds of our most critical infrastructure servers.
Beyond the customizable servers, the support team is quick, helpful and amazing in everything we request.

You can keep budget shopping and then being disappointed by the lack of service, or you can go ahead and pick the company you're going to end up at anyway. You pay a little (not a lot) more at Hivelocity than some places, and the result is that you help to fund a full staff. They're always there when you need them, every hour of every day. You don't get that when you shop the lowest price in this industry, at least not when the company you're working with grows beyond a few hundred customers.

But it's not just about price and support, you're also getting a network that you should be paying a lot more for. There's really no reason you shouldn't be a Hivelocity customer.

While support was great, the thing that stood out was what did not happen. No downtime, no network issues, no problems.

Coupled with predictable pricing (looking at you AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) I can highly recommend Hivelocity

Solid environment, great support, prompt service

We have been using Hivelocity at their Dallas location. We have a small Colocation. Haven't been happier they are very professional and have been extremely helpful on every occasion when asked for help or support. Remote Eyes are very active and they spotted a Hard Disk predictive failure even before it came to our monitoring :)

Hi , regularly the response time for commercial matters could be faster, at least for us. Tech support is ok.

Fantastic service. I've been with Hivelocity for about 8 years now.

Being a novice, they are superb getting me through lots of issues I've faced over the years. From migration to simple DNS issues I had faced, their support to billings everything has been utter bliss.

I don't think I'll be switching anytime in the future, they have gotten a customer for life.

Hivelocity hosting is trust worthy and I personally recommend them. I have used Hivelocity dedicated hosting for 3-4 years and they have exceeded my expectations for reliability and support. I have hosted with many other service providers who have disappointed over the course of 20 years, but Hivelocity has never disappointed me with their excellent service and support.

The best dedicated server hosting company I have ever dealt with. They only do Dedicated Servers and their support is top notch.
