Order never arrived. Post office told me it didn't have a postcode on it and was being sent back to Hive. Rang them and they promised their warehouse would call me back. Needless to say, they didn't. I then emailed explaining that I wanted a refund - no response whatsoever. Eventually, the post office managed to get my parcel to me. Still haven't heard anything from Hive. I cannot risk using them again. Cue generic cut & pasted response offering a call to resolve this and one immediately after claiming I never rang them. Hive - it's too late for action once people have got to writing negative reviews, the time for action was when you messed up - you had your chance to resolve it then but you didn't. The only reason you're doing so now is to try to mitigate the negative reviews. I'm sure that for most orders it all goes well but when things go wrong, the wheels fall off this particular wagon of false economy.
Went to get some antihistamines today and they had such a huge variety. Staff were very polite and helpful. Karthik knowledge was very good and he provided a service with a smile.I will definitely be back

I've used this company for hospital grade masks since the pandemic started. I'm very happy with the quality of the products, which have always been delivered promptly, appropriately packaged and seem reasonably priced. Communication is good, and Hive hasn't bombarded me with emails - mainly just to advise of special offers.

Placed an order 10 says ago for 24 hour delivery. Received confirmation of my order but nothing since. No response to my emails and no answer on the mobile number given in response to other reviews. Where is my £44 order please and why are you not responding to customers?

shocking company to deal with, contacted four times via online contact page and two different e-mails, about my missing order but they never replied yet took payment, trying to block payment now, luckily paid with credit card. had my refund now, but no explanation or apology. just want me to phone them to change my review. not going to happen.

I placed a subscription for the Libre freestyle sensor on the 1st May. £25 is taken out of my bank account every week - a total of £175 have been taken so far and yet I haven't received a single Libre sensor. I have sent several emails and my last one I instructed you to cancel my subscription and to refund all my money. Still haven’t heard from you. Absolutely disgusting service.

Hive FFP2 masks are the only ones I've been able to find that fit really well so no gaps for contaminated air to enter or leave, and have head straps that go all the way round so the stay in place without knocking ones glasses off. Unlike other brands I've tried, the headstraps never break off even after putting on and removing frequently. Since I use them for short periods at a time, I can re-use them several times over a period of two-three weeks (making sure they are kept clean and hung up to air in-between), so they don't cost too much or create a large amount of waste. On the ones occasion I wore a mask continuously all day (for a conference) I found it remained comfortable and breathable, and didn't inhibit conversation as the design keeps it well clear of your nose and mouth.
The one thing I would like is a washable one with a similar design and FFP2 rating. The reusable ones I have all have ear loops which don't allow a comfortable and stable fit especially if you wear glasses.
I have found Hive to be a reliable and responsive company - orders arrive on time and when I wanted to alter an order it was sorted for me with no difficulty.

I spent hours and hours searching for a really good FFP2 Disposable mask - they might do the job BUT they are absolutely unwearable. My head size is pretty average but the whole thing was so tight that I couldn't breathe, also the metal nose piece was so very painful, even though padded on the inside, I couldn't stand having it on for even one minute. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as I am elderly, have been shielding and wanted some safety when I venture out for the first time in over 2 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Please try them yourselves before sending out another mask to anyone else. I pride myself on always being the first with praise but could find nothing to praise about these.

Really impressed with these guys. I needed a diabetic senser next day but missed their cut off point for the delivery service they use. They pulled out all the stops to get my order to me next day using Royal Mail. Unusually high service with concern for their customers. Rare today.

I placed an order on 08/02/22, which was sent to me but unfortunately returned to sender by courier as I was unavailable and did not sign for the parcel. Unfortunately, despite several emails and being advised by the Pharmacy that my parcel would be with me “early next week” on 17/03/22, I am still without the parcel on 04/04/22 and none of my follow up emails have been responded to. All I want is for my parcel to be resent to me or a refund to be made - is it really that difficult? Others orders I have placed have been sent and received successfully therefore I had planned to frequently purchase from the pharmacy however, if they do not respect me enough as a paying customer to even respond to my emails, I won’t bother.

On the 26 March I ordered a face mask which is advertised as “next day delivery.” My account was debited on the same day. The last message I’ve received is from Royal Mail on the 28 March, “15.15pm sender despatching item.” It is now the 31 March & I have had no reply to my email to Hive Pharmacy requesting information as to what has happened to my order. This is poor customer service.
This is an update to thank Kay very much for sorting out the problem so quickly for me. He has forwarded a replacement mask to me which arrived this morning. The missing item is the fault of Royal Mail. Thank you so much for enabling me to now have the mask for this weekend. I would recommend shopping with Hive Pharmacy & I will do so again.
