This is just to say how friendly neighbours are who rent a property from HJK his name is Mr k Payne is a lovely chap when he's not out protesting against migrants he's shown me the outside toilet that I knew nothing about and also shown me that if I beg sorry I mean pray the lord will provide and this must be true because every day amazon has to dedicate 1 van to deliver his prayers to him and his family the prayer ls come in all shapes and sizes. Im struggling to fed my self but again Mr Payne should me that if I pray enough Jesus will provide me with plates of food that even Andre the giant would struggle to eat. He's such a good man he showed me how to block my shower and flood my kitchen so that I may one day get a better property from my landlord. He's a very clever man although sometimes I wonder if he has issues because I see him wandering the streets dressed as a chicken and the other day I had to explain to him that a furnished house doesn't mean a furnished garden. He also single handily put out a fire and saved the whole street. I would highly recommend HJK holmes

I am a upstanding member of the local Christian Community and a well known Preacher to the lost.
The home you let me and my beautiful wife has had,( as you are aware),many issues including floods,mice and fleas. I am awaiting the locusts as stated in the bible.
I beg you,( I'm quite good at that),to remove the rotten patio and replace it with AstroTurf. This would aid me greatly as I am a disabled man of Jesus.
A upgrade to the outside toilet would be gratefully appreciated as the wife can't fit in it as she's quite a large lady,( I won't mention the fact she's actually superglued to the sofa). If you could please help us as a family, im very sure God will reward you with a place in heaven ( I'll put a good word in for you). Remember God is good all the time and all the time God is good....

Fantastic place. So sorry that a certain couple renting one of your properties is deliberately destroying it to try and get a council house. He has been evicted from several previous properties and causes problems everywhere he goes. He has been posting your name all over instragram . The best thing you can do is evict them they have already made themselves intentialy homeless before which is why the council won't help that way if they are intentialy homeless again social services will have to step in and save those poor children. He is unpredictable. He claims to be cured of schizophrenia you cannot be cured of schizophrenia. He came off all medication but clearly still has some serious issues. Well done HJK homes I appreciate it must be so difficult having to deal with this person. Please find a way to evict.

Fantastic service cannot fault them. It’s a shame people with a one year old and twins put coffee granuals and fat down the kitchen plug hole to block it.
Smash the plaster on the walls and tell so many lies all so they can get a new house

Absolutely brilliant company they made sure all checks were done before I moved into the property with my newborn baby ,the staff are very polite and understanding and if anything needed to be fixed it was done straight away I highly recommend

Never be part of anything these are dealing with 3 baby's they have put in danger the property isn't safe for a dog let alone a 1 year old and new born twins how they expect people to live is disgusting 🤢 I have seen better public toilets they the property's they are renting out to people hjk homes u should be ashamed of yourself how can u all sheep at night knowing there is 3 baby's in that property breathing in mould not being able to use the shower if I want to flood the kitchen then have a shower fan in bathroom blow up and they was a fire the children cots are now covered in smoke water from firefighters put of the blaze u should not only be moving them u should replace the cots for them baby's these homes are death traps someone is going to get seriously hurt or even worse and hjk homes thay will be on u

Houses finished to an extremely poor standard. God knows how they get past building standards.

Aftercare.... none! Snags not sorted, you take days off work for them to come and no one appears. Helen is useless. Denies everything. The actually construction staff that live on site walk round sniggering at people in there own language.

We went and view the property at Westgate Place. We are satisfied with one of the Terrace and pay a reservation fees of 500 pounds. We chased them for documents to sign, but no one replied. We chased for several times but still in vain. Therefore, we decided to cancel the deal. Then we chased them for the refund of the reservation fees but again, no one replied to that up til now. Very very bad experience.We hope we will not be forced to sue them.

We have known Harry for just over a year when he took over our first property . It has been so successful and such a great help for us that we have recently given him another of our houses . Harry is very easy to do business with , very hands on and efficient and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting to relieve themselves of the work involved in the rental sector .
