Me and thousands others got our keyboards bricked my the firmware updater. The update is still on their site after a year and people are still bricking their keyboards. HK gaming doesn't respond to any emails and I'm pretty sure no one have gotten a refund or replacement yet.

They respond quite fast when you contact them, but they are very rude and attacking in their way of responding and handling request of where your item might be when the estimated time have been exceeded. I guess their product are fine, but customer service sucks
Horrible, order confirmed in 4 September, Shipment never left china and the support keep saying nothing wrong with ur shipment, until 23 October they realized their shipment never sent, i contact support to ask when they refund will received they claims already refunded 10 days ago , bad service , bad support , bad excuses.
