Shockingly bad company.

Bought one of the most expensive PCs they offered, it arrived with 2 parts not working properly.

Even worse: When asking for repair after 2 years, they claimed there is no more warranty, despite 1 year being left. Only after pressure from a lawyer HMCW "remembered" that there is still warranty.

Customer service being extremely rude during calls and suddenly stopping the call when confronted with their attempt at lying about the warranty.

I just bought a new Seagate HDD Exos X16 16TB through Ebay for 166€ - 10€ rebate=156€. I checked the disk extensively with Synology standard tools and it is perfect. The delivery was normal by DHL.

I have been using it only for few hours but I am positively suprised for it's crisp and bright display. It's fast and silent- but then I am only using it for surfing the internet and watching videos. It has metal casing an full sized keyboard. good company

NEVER buy something here!

The people working here have no clue what to do with computers. They try to let a system run which require a minimum of 550-600 Watt on a power supply of 400 Watt outcome in peak.

When you confront them, they just tell it should work. LOL

If you ask me, these are some little boys who scavage used hardware and put this together. HDD was taped together with tape!!!!

The prices for these systems are low, but way to low to be any good. If you want trouble with your system, buy it here.
