Mixed feelings but overall not great experience. Our experience after 4-5 months of use of over 2k worth furniture. To keep it short let start with positives: material used is good and overall quality is good. The not so good: 1. Service was on time but there was a lot of pressure from delivery team to move fast, so no time at all to check any of the furniture, forget about actually assembling it to check if all is good. 2. Was forced to pay by debit card, no option to pay by credit card. Preferred option was over 2k cache which is not very professional and risky 3. The images on the internet weren't representing actual design 4. The main issue is that after 4 months both arm chairs back lags support basically snapped in the same spot. Obvious design and build defect. Proposed solution was to receive some parts and fix it your self or some driver at some point will come and fix it. It is very strange driver would attempt to fix carpenter job and also good fix would take a long time not a half an hour and lots of equipment. Any way the mentioned driver was late so it ended up leaving bits of wood in front of our place sometime at night ( he mention he is able to come around 11pm ). Ended up paying proper carpenter for 4h of work not only fixing the legs but also fixing the design issue which would cause exact problem in next few months. No refund was offered from the msSofas. So basically there is no 12 month guarantee as they claim so be aware.

Sofa is very comfortable , quality on the highest level . Form order to recive the sofa everything went smooth, communication was very good . HMsofas thank u for lovely sofa , fully recommend for everybody , definitely I will use again

People need to be 100% sure that they’ll love what they ordered, otherwise it’s their own problem, because there is NO EXCHANGE/RETURN available here!
They say it’s their policy if the item was assembled they don’t accept return.
How people will know something is wrong with it if not assemble it??
Only after assembling it I noticed that the back of the sofa is really wide, and its measurements are not the same as described on the website, as the back (cushions) of the sofa takes a half from its seat, and also didn’t look nice, it looked inflated and not comfortable at all.
Because the customer service/ company didn’t care about my issue, I had to resolve it on my own. I had to open the cushions and take out 5 bags of foam from cushions to make it look and feel better, as it was impossible to sit on it, and still isn’t very comfortable.
How could I know all these things if not assembling it.
their return policy is convenient for this company but not for customers.

We've bought our sofa from this company and I need to say it was worth every penny. The quality is really good, it looks exactly as I thought, it's a really good option to see the real pics on their facebook group, it helped me to choose my right one. Customer service very responsive and always happy to help. It was my first experience with this company and I'm really impressed. I will recommended this company to my friends for sure.

To start with - great customer service, we were sent multiple samples of fabric to help us decide easier. The person we spoke to was very honest about the quality of each fabric and advised us what to choose.

After choosing the fabric, we were informed it was unavailable and we were offered to be send more samples. After making our decision, the sofa arrived in about 2 weeks. The quality of the sofa exceeded our expectations, considering the price which was not a rip off comparing to other companies! The sofa looks amazing, is very comfortable for a sofa bed and we could not be happier with our choice.

With all honesty we can recommend sofa Amore Delux in Town 98 - amazing, stain proof fabric with a leather feel.

Additionally we have to praise the delivery - was very quick, in about 15 minutes the sofa was unpacked and assembled.

Overall it's a very reliable company and we would purchase again.

From the first contact I was So suprised by knowledge of service - I got answer for every bothering me question! Due to the price - I was expecting Good quality of furniture but it is not Good quality - furniture is of the highest class! I am sure I will be back for next shopping 🥰

Purchased sofa back in October, supposed to be delivered just before Christmas, failed delivery due to someone damaged our item. Had to wait just over a month for another sofa. All Christmas without furniture

I discovered my new sofa had been damaged by delivery drivers (after delivery). HM Sofa's replied by saying "I don't have time for this" proceeded by telling me I hadn't paid enough for delivery in the first instance! This company was a nightmare to deal with from start to finish, ZERO customer care and rude replies to enquiries. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
