I have driven around 1000kms on my XD3 45 in around 2 months. I just walked into a shop and bought it (after trial and consideration...). I enjoy every ride and the bike is a dream. I only changed to Schwalbe marathon plus mtb (widest size) when I had a puncture and those are really good - better grip and puncture proof. If you want a no service, no hassle bike that config is it. No need for larger brakes imo, unless maybe if you are going on hardcore mountainbike trails. The only surprise is that the bike will not go 45km/h, unless you want to feel and look like a hamster. I normally go around 37 (35-40, depending on wind and terrain), which is a natural, fast pace for me. However, I don't mind this limitation anymore as 45 would not be responsible on the roads/paths I drive.

Mine has the standard equipment. If worse equipment is fitted because of corona it would definetly be appropriate with a rebate. However I guess anyone not satisfied can just reject or return the bike? Why the bad reviews, did you not have the option to reject the bike on delivery?

Very very Bad experience from HNF. I bought XD2 pedelec (45km/h)all options bicycle (over 7000 euros) last year from the international sale web site. Unfortunetly HNF miss the EU certification so I cannot register the bike in my country. The story continue during one year without possibility to run my bike. HNF throught Mr J W promised me in fine a switching bike with this time the correct EU certification. We are quite one year after my bought ans now silence from my saler....I lost patience I will go to legal proceeding now because intialy I thought that there was a mistake (every body can do it) I let the chance to fix it gently but now I thing they try to let the situation going bad this not correct and no respect for a 7000 euros custumer.....Renaud

Finaly the registration is done with a way back bicyle to HNF for "up date" happy ending for this too long story. Thank's for the team and the gift in compensation.
