I don't do reviews but Hobbieville sure deserved this one. Hobbieville staff has been amazing and super accommodating. I modified an order approximately 5 times, and they were supportive and quick with replies (and it was all through email!!) I am very impressed with your customer service. The bonus was their prices were fair market as well. I will definitely shop here again.

They were quick to help me out with my order which I messed up with the address on. The assortment of items is endless, I'm certain you'll find something that fits your fancy. I needed cards to finish building my deck and they had them all in stock.

I've ordered a few times from them. Some Hello Kitty backpack and wallet from the birthday collection. I have a pre-order for some Stellar Crown and Surging Sparks and some Booster bundles and Tins. The prices seem alright or when on sale. I'd buy from them again. Likely more Pokémon sealed products in the future.

Instant reply when I made a mistake on my shipping address to get it changed to the proper address. Very friendly, and I would highly recommend this store!

Great customer service in store and online. They helped me problem solve an online order I was having an issue with in no time. Always friendly and helpful.

Recently I made a pre-order, It took more time than expected to deliver, but it was a shipping company issue. Unexpectedly, the order was also stolen. I contacted them, and they responded very quickly. They have a nice staff and are willing to fixe issues without making you wait too long. They also offered a small discount for my next order. Responsible company here.

Great selection and customer service. Lots of online selection and the store (Toronto) is fun to walk around. Both my kids love it. Only wish you guys were closer to KW. Good thing you offer shipping.

Do not buy from them.

I pre-ordered the collectible alternate art cover of the D&D Player's Handbook 2024 from them. And even paid extra for their Shipping Protection. When the product arrived, they had not padded the sides of the box, only the top and the bottom. The bottom right corner of the cover and some of the pages were damaged and bent. They are saying it's cosmetic and won't even send an undamaged copy (I'm not even asking for a refund). Absolutely awful experience.

I started playing trading card games last September, and this store has been my go-to ever since. Their online inventory is fantastic, and the option to pick up in-store helps avoid delivery fees. The staff is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about every TCG, always ready to help with any questions. They also host weekly card tournaments that are well-organized and fun. Overall, I highly recommend this store. However, please note that the website inventory isn't always reflected in-store so if you order, wait for your email confirmation to go pic up your stuff. Also, a special thanks to Luc and Collin for making everyone feel welcome and at home whenever we come by. You guys are the best!

Refused to allow us to adjust or cancel our order even though it had not even been packed or shipped. It was literally moments after ordering.... Buyers beware this place has changed!

Every time I shop with Hobbiesville I have a most excellent experience. The orders are always quick to be delivered. I had a customer service issue, and they responded/resolved it quickly. I am enjoying getting my pre orderes through them as well.
