I ordered from Hobbii for the first time and unfortunately, DHL failed to deliver my package. It was not Hobbii's fault, it was DHL's fault. As I read in several reviews, we do not have a direct address with the apartment marked. The DHL employee did not call or let me know that the package was already on its way. The package was lost and so I contacted Hobbii customer service. Alice helped me from the first moment, answered emails very promptly and we resolved the whole situation to my satisfaction. I am very sorry that they do not have another type of transport than DHL. This is not the first package that DHL has lost for me. Thank you again for the amazing customer service.

Great delivery service.

My wool did not arrive as the courier DHL said my address did not exist! They did not attempt to find my address or telephone for directions. Hobbii did not chase them up, I was told to wait and see if they tried to deliver again or if they returned my order to Hobbii. I needed my wool and when I pushed for an answer was told DHL we a company! Obviously with no customer service as they never contacted me.
Hobbii Customer Services eventually said they would refund, but didn't. I waited and noyjing appeared in my bank. 10 days later I had to chase again and was told the refund would be put through again. I have today finally received the money in my bank. Hobbii will not receive my custom again.

It was my first time buying from Hobbii. I just really love the yarn, and the colours! Amaizing!!

Arrived quickly and communication was very good.

I've ordered from Hobbii multiple times and will continue to do so. The yarns are high quality and work up beautifully. Additionally, I appreciate all the free patterns on their site and the community they've cultivated on FB. Word to the wise- everything seems to go on sale eventually, so if you're not in a rush, wait until you see what you want on discount.

I have shopped here and found great pleasure scrolling through their many pages of lovely quality yarns. They do write very good description of each yarn. What it contains, how to be washed and so on. They also have a lot of good offers on yarn at reduced prices. They do also offer quite a lot of free patterns
Shipping was fast and reasonable priced.
I recommend this store and I will for sure shop here again. Thank you.
