As someone who lives in Australia where we would be lucky to be used as testing-grounds for merch, the website's service and experience was great and simple! I ordered a Nier Automata YorHa A2 mini-plush on the website and got it delivered within the 15 days they said it would arrive in.

It was easy to buy, track, and search my order and only paid $23 + $12 delivery fee. They would send emails of your receipt and the status of your package of your order, so they're very active in communicating when you have bought something.

Love to whoever is in Japan shipping the stuff!

Takes a little less than two weeks for to get your package. From start to finish which ain’t bad. Especially it being international. Helpful customer service. Some really good deals, cheaper than getting from the states.

I haven’t had any issues so far with their service. Answering questions is a bit slow but I can live with that. I love their promos and prices lately. It been my go to for purchasing figures. Definitely recommended.

Fast shipping and great customer service for a great price

I ordered over 1000$ worth of figures from them. It was confusing at first because the store was also working with the new tariff and tax laws. After I exchanged some emails with Hobby Genki about the fees and what to expect and why there were additional fees, I understood it. Shipping arrived in about a week after everything was finalized.

Ship with FedEx option. It’s less confusing.

Hobby Genki has been a go-to website for me when it comes to action figures like S.H.Figuarts, Amazing Yamaguchi Revoltech, Mafex, Etc! They are fairly fast in shipping and if there was some form of issue with your order, a missing item or even breakage on a figure, you can reach out to their customer support and they will actually respond and do what they can to help you out. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nice!! Shocked by their selection, as well as extremely fast shipping, from Japan to California in a few days! Definitely recommend, only complaint was the slight delay between payment and actual shipment.

I've only recently started using hobby Genki as my provider for figures recently and im glad to say that i would greatly recomend it, there was an issue with an order where the product was missing a small part.

i got in contact with them and they sent a replacement which i greatly appreciate, their attention to the customer is inpecable

They weren’t able to send my package quickly due to golden week in japan which i understand, afterwards once they shipped my order it came super fast!! Literally in two days! Everything came all and well!

A brand they carry had an item with really bad quality control issues that I didn't know were common until after I bought it. Hobby Genki managed to ship a whole other figure with functional replacements for my initial unreliable figure. It shipped quickly, and arrived internationally with speed. Really pleased.
