If I could leave a negative stars I would, I down loaded the app, paid for 5 days, at the airport, for my visit to the USA, my phone said I had 5G, I left the airport and had nothing, when I got to my friends place we tried to figure it out we both tried the “contact us” email and the “help” email and nothing worked, so I spent some time having to plan a rout home driving with a paper map. Thanks for taking my money and not giving me a thing. I figure you must be just like the scammers from India.

No issues installing or using even in an 80,000 seater stadium
We are going to Japan in Autumn and will be using this feature once again as it was totally reliable

Terrible instructions on how to activate the eSIM.
Crossed border into USA. Already had purchased and had my email receipt from Holafly that eSIM was purchased.
Was charged Roam Like Home by Rogers within minutes of crossing border.
Hola fly was a total waste of money.
Will not use this company in my next trip.

This was the first time I used Holafly so I had put old email address (my fault) in which was not accessible but Holafly were amazing and sorted this out for me very quickly. I was in USA and got good connection and data speed. It’s also easy to use and no problem when I landed it automatically switched over.I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using again next time.

It was easy to find the right plan, pay for, and download the e-SIM to my phone. (Your phone must be unlocked by your phone carrier to use the e-SIM.)

The service was cost-effective and worked as advertised. Other than the occasional, minor network slowdown, it worked perfectly with great peace of mind to have my own secure network and not have to rely on free public networks.

I was able to text, share photos, and call home to the USA with WhatsApp. I had no issues with my Samsung wallet or Google Pay, I was able to check my bank accounts, e-mail, stream TV, and movies, manage check-ins, download mobile flight tickets, and listen to music and e-books during long layovers or when the hotel's entertainment was lacking,

We were able to easily navigate public transportation, cities, and towns in the countries we visited (Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan) with Google Maps and request a ride-share with Grab (Southeast Asia's version of Uber or Lyft).

The cost was great. I paid about $20 for a multi-country 9-day SIM, a fraction of what my friend paid for her international calling plan through her cell carrier.

Easy to install and worked really well on my trip to the USA I was in Boston and New York and I had a good solid connection throughout.

I used Holafly in the USA. Really easy to download and use. Good reception. Price was not bad for unlimited data. Would definitely use again.

Second purchase, once for USA trip and now for France trip! Cheaper than offers with my current provider. Easy to install and worked really well. Would recommend!

Excellent coverage and great price for what we needed and where we were travelling in Canada and USA. A little confusing initially to set up but once established it was awesome.

I had a very positive experience with Holafly in the USA. It was user-friendly and easy to install and activate. The price for unlimited data was reasonable enough. The connection seemed to be reliable and fast. i would use Holafly again.

I have used Holafly on many trips, South Africa, Morocco, USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain. The reason that I go back is because, I trust them.

I've used Holafly 3 time now, in Canada (2025), Europe (Q1 '26) and most recent USA (Q2'26), each time for 6 weeks to 3 months. Overall very happy and will use again.
Lost one star because occasional issues (e.g. could use laptop but not phone connected to router due to IPv6 nit working - maybe due to some local carriers in USA, not them - but took a while to get sorted). Also slowish ping, via Spain, but cost-benefit makes them a sensible choice.

Easy to decide on which plan to buy, easy to setup and with a little tweaking easy to switch to the eSIM once we landed in the USA.
The network worked very well across 15 states over 3 weeks with no issues or network drops (other than a few areas such as Yellowstone)

We bought esims for the usa. But upon arrival they did not work. We contacted their helpdesk and have been sending them a lot of screenpictures of phone settings. After an hour it was concluded that we would receive a refund ticket. But we never received a refund ticket. After coming home I tried to arrange the refund but they did not want to anything. A certain Emma E keeps sending the same reaction, saying that we should send them the refund ticked (which we never received).

After putting a negative review on Trustpilot suddenly the helpdesk of Holafly woke up and they have arranged a refund within a day. So they can be customer oriented and friendly!

Easy activation and always-on while travelling. Holafly is my go-to option when visiting the US.

Issue with install initially as I purchased 2 eSIMs but was fixed very quickly by online support. It just worked for our 3 week trip to the USA. From landing in San Diego through Hawaii to Las Vegas we had no issues with the data plan which was unlimited and invaluable for searching things to do and of course Google maps. As I said it was seamless it just works. Well done Holafly on a great product. As an aside if you also need to make calls to a US landline eg hotel/car hire company then a VOIP app called Talkatone works great and is free to download and make the calls. I tried it and it works !

The quality of connection was good in most of the places I visited in North America

I've used Holafly on two occasions now, for trips to Japan and USA. Their price is competitive and the customer service has always been first class.

Holafly didnt disappointed me and work like one of the local telecom line in USA.

I used a Holafly eSim on my recent trip to the Eastern states of the USA. Very competitive price, easy to install and activate and a good app. Excellent connection at all times with great speeds. Able to hot spot to my laptop and ipad easily. The best eSIM experience I have every had. I will continue to use Holafly from now on
