Avoid avoid avoid

Internet speed drops on a regular basis. Customer service is appalling, they're argumentative and generally unhelpful. The problem is nearly always your fault not theirs, and they'll openly lie to your face.

Holawifi have been great

Holawifi have been great, the wifi has been very reliable - on our urbanisation my neighbours often complain, but Holawifi doesn’t give me that problem.

But what I like most are the temporary leaves , as I come and go to and from Spain, so don’t need a year long service.

So I set up the wifi to be on for when I arrive, and the best bit is the customer service, they answer my queries in English and speedily and the staff are polite and knowledgeable - the best service I have had from any utility company in well over 10 years.

Great customer service

I have been with Holawifi for years and have always received great service. From installation to speaking to representatives on phone, they provide great customer service. I like the ability to transact via WhatsApp and the representatives are so friendly, particularly because I am in UK most of the year. Great company!

Excellent customer service

Whenever there is an issue, Holawifi always answer your message promptly and tell you what us happening. It's very reassuring to know that they do this, rather than just ignore you. I would thoroughly recommend them

Issue resolved quickly and good service resumed

We had a problem with download speeds, I sent a WhatsApp to Hola & they responded almost immediately. Reviewed the issue and the tech support team resolved. This was followed up by a further message later in the day and 24 hours later a call to check I was happy. The usual service is stable and high speed. I was very impressed by how the issue was resolved and the follow up. Would recommend Hola WiFi.

Paid for a year upfront including…

Paid for a year upfront including equipment. Any problems attended to promptly, only part time in Spain and able to suspend service. Been with hola several years.

Customer for 5 years the last 3 years…

Customer for 5 years the last 3 years only problems they do not respond so i canceled my contract per the 5th of October it is the 3th now and they cut me off and no response on the WhatsApp Shame on you

Our customer service is available from Monday to Sunday from 8am to midnight without interruption, although it seems that it was not always able to assist you as quickly as you demanded. Even so, every time the electricity company has carried out power cuts in our infrastructure we have tried to inform you, in the same way that our technicians have attended to the specific incidents that you have reported, which they were usually able to resolve quickly. Undoubtedly, shortening response and resolution times, as well as improving communication, is something that should be strengthened to maintain the quality service that characterises us, so we take good note of it. We are sorry to hear that you prefer to change, but we hope to be your internet provider again in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

Ripoff

I have just come back from a 7 week trip in our Motorhome 2 of those weeks were in England. When I was there I had a problem with our bank app so I had to contact them which is a free call or charged at normal rate from landlines or mobiles so you can imagine how shocked I was when I got a bill for a 10 minutes call to a free phone or normal rate charging me 92 euros and even though I proved to them that I had called this same number once in January and 2 in march and they did not charge me as I have a contract with them for 100 minutes of calls to England yet they say if I do not pay the 92 euros for this call they will cut me off immediately.
Since I posted this I have now received another bill asking for a further 140 euros plus Iva for ONE phone call that's ridiculous amount for one phone call.

We are very sorry for your anger. We will try to offer you an explanation to help you understand what has happened.
The calls made are to a free number or with local cost as long as you call from a British line, however this call was made from a Spanish line that was roaming in England and that is not included in the international call plan, which explains the cost.
As you say, there had already been another call to the same number before and as it was not a common occurrence, and seeing that it was repeated, the decision was made to investigate before billing. However, on this occasion we already had the information we shared with you and it was not possible for us to assume a new cost.
You will understand that this is also very frustrating for us because it seems that having made a commercial gesture to take care of a customer has turned against us.
However, in view of your dissatisfaction, we have also offered you a discount on this occasion as it is important to holaWifi that everything is sorted out. I hope you will accept it and stay with us for a long time to come.

Our internet went down

Our internet went down, phoned holo who was on the case straight away. The customer service phone to check after it has been fixed. Very polite and careful

Hola Wifi

I have been a customer of Hola wifi for a number of years, I never had any problems with my connection. Until a week ago. I sent an email and the next day I was called and they were sent a technician right away. He has fitted a newer type of dish and my internet is fast and very stable again. Thanks
