Alex was excellent. Could answer all questions. Responded all day, every day and night to emails. Many people on the cruise forum said their agents hadn't sent their documents in time, Alex sent ours in plenty of time for us to read them, and print them as a back up.

Alex was very helpful with our booking, and managed to get a cheaper quote then one of the bigger travel agents offered.
