PlEASE NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THE TERRIBLE AIRLANE.. THEY LIE AND ENDED UP CUTTING MY FOOT BECAUSE THE SHOWER RAIL WAS BROKEN BLOOD EVERTYWERE.. THEN AS IT WAS ALL EXCLUSIVE I ENDED UP GETTING FOOD POISIONING.. NO HELP FROM HOLIDAY I BOOK 17 NITES ON A DOUBLE 1ST TO NITE WERE NEXT TO THE TOILET CONSTANCE FLUSHING SINGING AND RHE URINE SMELL... THEN THEY PUT ME IN A ROOM WHERE CONTAXT COACHES,CAR LEAVINH EVERY 39MINS ALL THE FUMES THRU THE AC IN TO MY ROOM COUGHING FOR 5 NIGHTS.. I HAVE EVERTHING ON VIDEO.. DO NOT BOOK HOTEL ROYAL PALM IN THE ALANYA TURKEY.. JETS TOO ARE BRILLAINT PLENTY OF SPACE ON THE PLANE.. THEY USE A SMALL PLANE MY SEAT NEED A NEW CUSHION AS MY SEAT FELT LIKE I WAS SITTING ON A METAL BENCH.. BOOKING.COM PAY THE EXTRA £200 AND HAVE A WONFERFULL HOLIDAY I HAD TO PAY £500 EXTRA TO GET BK B4 I DIED THERE FROM FOOD POISONING.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IN THE UK IS WORSER THEN THE HOTEL..IF YOU NEED PROOF I HAVE EVERTHING ON VIDEO THE RUSSIAN DONT WASH THEIR HANDS THEN ITS A BUFFET SERVICE DO U WANT YOUR CHILDREN TO TOUCH THE CULTERY AFTER THEY HAVE NOT WAS THERE HAND AFTER GOING TO THE TOILET.. Please please DON’T waste your money of them ,
I spent £350 with them as I have proof and they sent me item with missing part .
I emailed them and left my contact number to them but they just ignore it .

Ordered some new work safety trainers and haven't heard another thing,no confirmation emails,postage info,no nothing. Luckily I paid with my credit card and will be instructing my back to reclaim my losses.
A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME 👎

Just a massive scam

Sent me odd shoes nothing like the picture snd what was described

Spoken on the phone sent the items back waited months and then was told they won’t issue my refund because they didn’t give me an address yet it was stated on the delivery form and on the internet so why would I even need them to provide that to me

It’s just a scam, they received the odd items yet didn’t process the refund

Will be making a small claims just out of principal plus a CCJ will make trading hard for them.

Hopefully they see this and rectify the situation

Absolutely disgusting company they say they have forwarded £50 off pound trainers no such a lie phone number doesn’t work I will be pursuing them through a small claims court you need to be aware everyone they are fake !!!!!

Delivery took an age for my safety shoes.
Advertise as waterproof…Ha, got wet feet just walking in the rain. Have had them less than a month and t heels have already lost their tread.

Just the same as most of the reviews on here. Work trainers took 3 weeks to arrive and then when you open the package you just think oh no !! Very poor quality I ordered 9 and received a size 11 they won’t exchange because of hygiene reasons !! What kind of company don’t offer returns. This company has bought a job lot and are just sending them out without a thought or check to anyone who orders. Keep away scam company who don’t care as long as they receive the money. Why can’t the authorities act on these reviews and shut this company down.

Very overpriced pair of safety work trainer style shoe. Delivery took weeks and you can buy a similar item off eBay for half the price. Poor quality shoes that cost around £50, I would say they are worth around £20. Would not buy from this company again.

Got some new trainer/work boots from Amazon for less money and they are great

Terible service, phone link to no where, no reply to emails, paid £56,00 for a £20,00 pair of boots, one of
which has frayed laces and the other a hole in it!! they are saying also that i have to pay to return my goods,
plus i had to wait over3 weeks.

I wish I looked at the reviews before I was sucked in and purchased a pair of work shoes.

I’m shocked that google allow this company to be so high on the search list for work shoes.

They didn’t dispatch the item for weeks, refused to refund prior to dispatch, they only sent the item when I started a PayPal dispute. Once the shoes arrived weeks later; they were laughable. Poor quality, poor fit, nothing like the £56 shoes I ordered.

I have requested a return address and have been given an address in China to send them back to. I’m awaiting a uk address to return the shoes to.

The communication from them is always delayed and in very very broken English. They deflect the questions in every correspondence.

Scam company. Pictures on the website look nothing like the item youl receive. It's basically a front website for crappy Chinese items which they sell for hiked up silly prices. Dont waste your time or money.

Not stated clearly that the postage is 2weeks plus, did not mention clearly it is Chinese made rubbish, no email confirmations. broke on day 1, not assembled correctly, returns process is costly and therefore not economical to send back. waste of money and time

I received wrong size shoes. Contacted customer service and they said I can’t make a return cause of hygiene purposes 🤦🏻‍♀️
And that it cost a lot so they basically don’t want me to pay a lot for shipping cost to china 🤦🏻‍♀️
