Fantastic location in a quiet area but just 3 minutes walk to the centre of Tenby. Very comfortable well-equipped accommodation with a slightly strange lay out. Loads to to in Tenby and fabulous beaches.

We've used holiday cottages in the past and always found the property details to be very accurate and the booking process very easy to use.

The Cottage was in the perfect setting with every opportunity provided for a comfortable holiday; it was spotlessly clean, fully stocked and Sarah and Phil were the perfect hosts and left the most generous of welcome boxes. Our family, three of whom were young teenagers, really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and watching films on the outdoor 'cinema'. Not sure words or photos would do justice to the overall holiday experience, the Hosts provide.

Fabulous location, stunning views, impeccably clean cottage, well resourced, secure/enclosed garden, use of extensive grounds and woodland, York and Harrogate within a short drive - perfect !!

Very easy to book a holiday and good communication

It was a lovely stay. The greenery was overgrown so the view you see on the pictures was not the view we had unfortunately. But nonetheless it was peaceful and cosy. There was a few things that weren’t great as for example the sanitary bin was not changed for our arrival so this wasn’t great. We were told there was no fridge/freezer here even after asking customer services so we went and bought a mini fridge and cook box, to find when we entered the property there was in fact a fridge/freezer so we wasted unnecessary money in doing so, so this needs to be noted. Other than that it is a beautiful place!

Great little property - welcome pack included treats for the dogs too!

We have used many booking agents for holiday cottages in the UK. This was the first time we had used Holiday Cottages. The property that we booked had many positive reviews from when we booked up to the date of our stay. As a consequence we were looking forward to our stay. However the property turned out to be disappointing and not as advertised in the description on their website and app. The only direct contact we had with Holiday Cottages was when we called them on our second day to notify that we had suffered a loss of water due to a burst water main. We contacted them because their published advice is to notify them as soon as possible if there is a major issue. While there was little they could do we found the response from their adviser to lack empathy and we were told to resolve any issues with the owners. At the end of our stay we made a formal complaint to Holiday Cottages concerning the misleading description of the property but after several days we have yet to receive even an acknowledgment from them. We have provided constructive feedback on our experience and a factual balanced review of the property on the Holiday Cottages website that has yet to be published.

Super seemless selection and booking process. A wonderful array of variable properties to choose from with lots of different and varied facilities. Highly recommend using holidaycottages.co.uk, fabulous platform to keep track of the latest information on both property booking and local area. Great instructions for arrival, departure and duration of holiday. Utilised for a number of years now and never hesitate to return and book future trips!

Two pubs , small shop and garage excellent fish and chip shop.

Enjoyed our stay , a few improvements could be carried out and if these were done could be a hidden gem . Quiet location with great views .

The booking process was easy and we were provided with all of the information we need for our stay in a timely manner. The holidaycottages app also proved useful in accessing information for the property, as it also made infomation available offline. We had a positive experience with this company and would use them again in the future.

We have used Holiday Cottages to book our holidays over the last five years and have always been very happy with the service. The website is easy to use, and the communication throughout the booking process is clear and helpful.

★★★★★ Fantastic family stay at Moonraker, Croyde

We had a fantastic stay at Moonraker in Croyde with 4 adults and 2 children. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of both the beach and the village, making it perfect for a family holiday.

We particularly loved the enclosed garden area, which was lovely and private and gave the children a safe space to enjoy. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome pack was a fantastic touch and much appreciated.

The cleanliness was excellent throughout, and the property was well presented and comfortable. Dennis was also very thoughtful and went out of his way to call round with a cooling fan, which was a lovely personal touch and really appreciated.

Our only suggestion would be to consider upgrading the cooker, as it was very slow, but this was a minor issue and certainly didn’t detract from what was otherwise a brilliant holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to Moonraker. We would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, private and well-located place to stay in Croyde.
