Very easy and efficient to book with Holidu, and they were very responsive to all my questions and enquiries. Their local representative at the property was very friendly and helpful.

Initial payment was rejected but no explanation but probably not your fault. Otherwise booking system fine.

The Holidu website was easy to use and all communications were goo.

Customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Last year a new toaster was delivered next day when I mentioned a fault. This year outdoor seating cushions were replenished and old ones taken away.

This apartment was amazing, we had such an amazing time staying here , it had everything we needed and very clean and comfortable, our host stayed in touch with us , I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

When someone mentions a AI response tool, then you know things are wrong.

All 3 parties involved with this disgraceful incident would be ashamed if they valued guests. Although. I would credit them with responding promptly, they definitely cannot be trusted to be fair and impartial. In short we were reasonable requesting a refund given that the site amenities were not as advertised, there was no communication and no attempt to make our stay bearable. Complete failure to support, given the problems as was their partner Travelnest. In my opinion allowing a host to make their own decision to refund in light of the appalling service, shows a complete disregard for the person who has booked and is in no way the professional company should behave

Everything was exactly as we expected and all arrangements were easy to complete.

Very clean spotless

The customer service was very responsive.

We found the company to be truly awful to deal with they couldnt care less and had no interest in helping with anything. They sent ineffective links and when I e mailed them about it they just sent the same links that did not work.

The security depoist of £250 on the paperwork it stated that if you left any light on or even 1 piece of rubbish in the appartment you wouild lose your £250.

The whole thing felt like an opportunity to stuch you up all the way through.

When the deposit was originally paid back it was less than what I paid no issue at all with the prtoperty but I can't be bothered to chase it up just better to put it down to experience and move on and try and encourgae others not to use them.

The property was also massively over priced and right above bars open all night wiht so much noise none of which was in the details.

Communication with Holidu was very good and queries were answered almost immediately. They were really helpful with check-in and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and of high quality.

Helpful speedy responses to my queries

Really easy to book and there web chat answered most of my questions. Customer service appears to be there priority which is great to see.
