I order three tee shirts to three different addresses. The order was understandable delayed because of Covid-19 restrictions. All three arrived at the correct addresses. I personally think it has to do with production schedules, they probably wait to see how many orders they receive on a particular campaign before setting up manufacturing to see if its practical. Even with the delay I was totally happy with customer service. I agree it's difficult to communicate with them. They are replace one tee, but they haven't not requested the return of the original order. Calling the 833 toll free number is like the website with limited options to request a RMA. I had to write a letter. Still satisfied

I placed an order on October 26, 2020 it is now January 16th and I still have not received it! Communication is impossible. When i email it sends a response that my shirt will ship by November 26th.. so frustrated!

Ordered a t shirt never recieved any confirmation and when i tried to log in it says not recognized my bank refunded me but now this awful scam of a company have refused it saying the t shirt has been delivered when it hasnt now my bank want the money back that they refunded me never use this company they are a bunch of con artists

It is impossible to contact this company. If your problem does not fit their help format-- you can not email-- if your problem does not fit in the phone menu-- you can not leave a message or speak to someone.

Loved my great service. The tee will be loved this Christmas!

I ordered the "Will You Shut Up, Man?" shirt with the aviator glasses. Since the shirt was rather topical, I hoped I would get it soon.

Tshirt came quickly, with tracking info so I knew when to expect it. It was well packaged and is a quality product.

I'm a very satisfied customer. I would happily order from them again.

Unwilling to exchange or receive returns. Unable to reach a person. Very disappointing customer service. I will never purchase from this business again.

My order was missing twice. The second time, no chance to have an order replacement or refund my money back.

I received my order within a few weeks. Shirt is high quality and screening looks great.

Ordered short in June allowing time for it to arrive by the end of July for my husbands bday. Well it’s the end of August and I’ve received a shipped notification on Aug. 2, says it’s shipping from the Netherlands??? This is ridiculous. All of the positive reviews must be paid people or the company itself trying to boost its ratings. No one has had a good experience. DO NOT ORDER

Stay away from this company. I ordered two shirts and received 1/2 of the order over a month later and to make things worse they sent a shirt that I didn’t order. Customer service says sorry. They have not hear the last from me. Don’t do business with this company

Avoid like an oncoming lorry. Over 60 days I've been waiting on an order. Mailed weeks ago and they said they would get it out ASAP and still nothing. Waiting for all my money back now.

I ordered my awesome new bourbon cup & got it a few days later! I LOVE it! It's a nice fairly heavy quality glass & the print on it is clear & readable. The message on it fits me to a "T".

My shirt did take a little longer than expected but it was fantastic

I did wait 2 months for my order. This quality of the
T shirt and the quality of the printing is excellent.

Waited entirely too long to receive my order. They say 5 to 20 days and it was more around 7 weeks. Then they kept saying that it was going to ship on X day and it never did. When I finally did get my shirt the quality was very poor. If you touch the print it leaves a residue on your fingers. I can't wear it because I'm afraid to wash it. Garbage product.

Waited 2 months for a Fathers Day present to "ship". Followed up and spoke to their "customer service" department multiple times. Finally threatened to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the charge with my bank, and miraculously I receive a tracking number. However, the tracking number does not register with DHL. This company is 100% a scam. DO NOT BUY. DISPUTE. FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST BBB. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

Never ever use this scam of a company. I ordered a t shirt back in June for my boyfriend but cancelled the order almost immediately after they said it would take 6 weeks to arrive and I needed it by Fathers Day. They took my money and despite several requests via email, I am yet to receive my refund. It seems many of you have had similar experiences to this, seems unlawful that they can continue to trade in this manner. I shall definitely be seeking legal advice with regards to what I can do to get my money back

ZERO STARS! DO NOT ORDER!! What a waste of time and I too wish I would have found this site of reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a shirt as a gift with plenty of time to spare and a month after ordering, it still isn’t here. I tried to cancel two weeks ago and it said they couldn’t because it was being processed and then again today and got the same bogus statement. Shame on them and their shady scam of a company.
