This duvet set is shockingly poor…
This duvet set is shockingly poor quality, and the entire experience has been an appalling . I’ve never had to complain before, but trying to get this resolved has been like pulling teeth. The customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly has no intention of refunding or replacing the faulty item. It’s unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this product and the company altogether.

Hi Rita,
We’re sorry to read this and that you’ve been left feeling this way.
We certainly don’t dismiss genuine quality concerns, and we don’t refuse to help simply because a customer reports a problem. When an item is reported as faulty, our team normally asks for the order details and some information or photos showing the issue so we can understand exactly what’s happened and assess it properly.
If an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we absolutely look at the appropriate solution, whether that’s a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
We’re also sorry if the questions from our team came across as unhelpful or dismissive. They’re asked so we can investigate the problem fairly, not to avoid dealing with it.
If this still hasn’t been resolved, please get back in touch with your order number so our team can review the case again.
Warm regards,
Holsper Team
Colours don't match pictures online
Ordered Tucano bedding set online. Pictures show it as having lush green foliage with black toucans. What I've received has overwhelmingly brown foliage with blue toucans. Customer Service tried to gaslight me by saying "the lighting in your home might be the reason it looks different". No Holsper, you've sent me a crap product that doesn't match the pictures online. There's a substantial difference in colour that cannot just be explained by "different lightbulbs". I sent pictures. The sensible thing to do would be to say "yes that does look like a colour printing issue, we'll speak to our supplier."
Difficult to return stuff (the link to generate a returns label doesn't work).

Hi Gail,
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced — we never want anyone to feel disappointed with a Holsper order.
We only tried to explain that artificial lighting, especially warm yellow bulbs, can sometimes shift how colours appear in a room. Greens can look more brownish and certain tones can look different depending on the light. That explanation wasn’t meant to dismiss your concern at all.
If there’s an actual issue with the print or colouring, we’re more than happy to replace it. And just to clarify — we did not ignore or reject your request. Your return is fully accepted, and we’ve arranged a free return so you can send the set back without any cost.
Once it arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it properly and make sure the right solution is provided.
Thank you for your patience, and again, we’re very sorry for the trouble caused.
Holsper Team
Lovely quality bedding
Lovely quality bedding. Packaged beautifully and delivered quickly. It is a bit on the pricier side, though that is because of the cotton thread count and quality. The only comment is that the zip is white.. being a dark charcoal fabric, it I would except to see a dyed to match zip! Or black. Having been in the clothing trade I know this is possible, even in small batches.

Hi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review – I’m really happy to hear you’re pleased with the quality, packaging and delivery.
You’re absolutely right that the price reflects the higher cotton quality and thread count, so it means a lot that you noticed and mentioned it. And thank you as well for your comment about the zip colour. We really appreciate feedback from someone with experience in the clothing trade – those small details do matter.
At the moment, this design comes with a white zip as standard, but your point about a dyed-to-match or black zip on the charcoal fabric is completely valid. I’ve passed this on to our product team so we can look into updating future batches and improving the overall finish.
Thanks again for your order and for helping us get better with every collection. If you have any other suggestions or questions, we’re always happy to hear from you.
Best wishes,
Holsper

Hi Adriana,
Thank you for updating your review, and we’re glad that we were able to get in touch, arrange the return and issue your full refund in the end. Hope we can get a better review from you after the update.
We’re sorry that reaching us initially was more difficult than it should have been. That’s certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we understand how frustrating it must have been when you were simply trying to arrange a return.
We appreciate you confirming that the return was eventually resolved and the full refund completed. We’ll also take your comments about the initial communication on board, as that’s an area where we always want to do better.

Lovely but some quality concerns...
I've spent over £500 with this company on various sets of bedding. I was attracted to the claims of quality and loved some of the patterns.
However with one or two sets there is an issue of CONSTANT shedding. One one set, the edging came away entirely in one part (a few ft long) and since I keot getting it wrapped around my feet, I've cut it off. It still is functional but not what you'd expect for the price.
Other set(s) shed colourful fluff everywhere on the bedroom floor after a day or two of sleeping in the freshly laundered bedding. It's quite annoying and also, again, not what you'd expect from the price. I sadly probably won't shop here again and track down a different brand who also does nice designs.
