A great choice of designs - and fabulous quality!!
I now have 5 duvet / pillow sets - I am running out of space to store them!!

Hi Jackie,
We’re really sorry to hear this and appreciate you sharing your feedback 💛
Our bedding sets are made from high-quality materials and go through a strict quality check, so loose threads can sometimes happen if the care guide wasn’t fully followed — but of course, we’re here to help!
Please contact our team via email at info@holsper.com, and they’ll gladly assist you. If it turns out the issue came from the factory, we’ll happily arrange an exchange or replacement for you.
As for the fastener — our covers are designed with a hidden zipper closure, so we’d love to check what might have happened in your case. Please reach out so we can sort everything out for you quickly.
Warm regards,
The Holsper Team

The worst quality bedding i have ever…
The worst quality bedding i have ever come across. The patterns are so pixilated that it looks cheap and nasty. I wouldn't even buy it for a £10. Absolute waste of money, it looks like they have used some kind of cheap printer.

Hi Molly,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry that the bedding didn’t meet your expectations. We take this very seriously—especially as we haven’t received this kind of concern from our customers before.
All of our sets are made from 100% Egyptian cotton and produced using high-quality printing techniques, so we definitely do not use “cheap printers.” That said, if something’s not right, we want to see it and fix it.
Could you please email us at info@holsper.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue (full view + close-ups)
- The product name/size you received
Once we have these details, our team will review promptly and come back with the best solution—whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution. We won’t leave you without support; your satisfaction truly matters to us.
Warm regards,
Holsper

Luxury a feast for the heart as well as the eyes …
The packaging is beautiful and makes it a treat in itself to unwrap. This would certainly make a gorgeous gift for a big event or Christmas. We have enjoyed our bedding for over a week now and it is a luxury to snuggle under at the end of the day. The attention to detail and quality of the product is fantastic.

I purchased a set of bedding from…
I purchased a set of bedding from Holsper which at the time I was delighted with but after a couple of washed it started fray along the edging . In total the bedding was used and washed no more than 5 times as it was in the spair room (washed inside out at 30* on its own ) over 6 months . I contacted the company who had me reply to a list of questions only to come back to me to say I'd had it too long and it was out of guarentee not prepared to do anything except give me 15% off a new set . Not what I'd expect after buying £170 bedding set.

Hi Fiona,
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, and we're truly sorry again for the disappointment with your bedding set. At Holsper, we completely understand how frustrating it must feel, especially since you expected this purchase to last longer.
As we mentioned when reviewing your order, we also carefully looked at the photos you provided. From what we can see, the fraying along the edging may have been influenced by the washing machine or dryer.
Under UK consumer law, within the first 6 months after delivery the retailer is responsible for proving whether an issue was due to a manufacturing fault or use. Once this period has passed, the responsibility shifts, as it’s no longer possible to fairly verify how the product was washed or used during that time. Since your order was placed back in February, it is now over 6 months, which means we are unable to offer a formal resolution under those guidelines.
That said, at Holsper we never want our customers to feel unsupported. This is why we offered you a goodwill gesture of 15% off . We truly value you as our customer and want you to continue having a positive experience with us.
Your trust means a lot to us, and your feedback is incredibly important as it helps us improve our products and services further.
Warm regards,
Holsper

Never want to sleep under anything else!
Unwrap, slide from it's own bag, untie the ribbon, savour the whiff of opulence before you even put it on the bed! And when it's on the bed? Ahhhhhh. This is the stuff of dreams. Need I say more?

Hi Philippa,
Wow — what a wonderful review to read! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. It makes us so happy to know that once it’s on your bed, it truly becomes “the stuff of dreams.” That’s exactly the kind of comfort and joy we aim to deliver with every set.
We’re delighted you never want to sleep under anything else, and we can’t wait to bring you more designs to fall in love with.

Inaccurate pillow size
The pillowcases I received measure 46 cm in width instead of the advertised 48 cm. I provided photographic evidence of this discrepancy. This constitutes a misrepresentation, and I would like to understand why the product specifications advertised are not accurate.

Hi Ozgun,
We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you, and we completely understand how important it is that the sizes match your expectations.
On our size guide we do mention that the measurements are approximate, and sometimes there can be a small difference of 1–2 cm — but we also know it can still be disappointing when it’s not exactly what you expected.
We also want to reassure you that we’ve already replied to your emails with some suggested solutions, but it seems we haven’t heard back from you yet. It might be worth double-checking your inbox (and sometimes even the spam/junk folder, just in case) because we really don’t want you to feel left without support.
Please know that we definitely want to help and will make sure to find a solution that works for you. If you can reply to one of our messages whenever you have a moment, we’ll do our best to resolve this quickly and leave you happy with your purchase.
Warm regards,
