I definitely recommend Holvi services for business owners. They are reliable and in the past more than 4 years that I have been using their services, I had no troubles.

Great set of services, fast money transfers, everything is very convenient and simple.

A couple years ago Holvi was a great service for a small-scale business. Not so much any more.

The pricing has sky-rocketed and it seems to be very flat (you pay same amount whether your revenue is 0 euros or 100 000 euros. You pay more than 200 euros per year even if you don't create single invoice.

The service itself is okay in case you're making solid revenue.

As a freelancer, I'll need to look for something else.

We like Holvi.
We have had an account in Holvi since 2018. We are very pleased with the level of service, which is constantly growing. Of course, there are also frequent changes in tariff plans and work only with euros, but in general we are glad that we are working with Holvi. We hope that soon we will work with Holvi in different currencies, not only with the euro, and tariff plans will not change often, although it must be admitted that Holvi warns about changes long before the changes.
In the meantime, if you work for SEPA, then Holvi is better - there is only Holvi. We recommend for business!

I have been using the bank for 3 years and so far I have had great experience. The company is fair, let's you know about changes in advance, has speedy and reliable customer service.

Customer/ Client payments continue to arrive late or are delayed (sometimes greater than 30 days) even though the client has paid. This has been occurring for over a year! When contacting Customer Service, the reps cannot help!; not because they don’t want to; they have a great attitude and are happy to help; it’s because they cannot; Holvi does not have processes and systems in place to give the help or solution needed. Then they do not offer or give the monthly fee back (which is now triple the cost from the beginning) as a courtesy for the delayed payments and chain-reaction of financial events (including losing customers) causing a major burden to Holvi’s own customers.

Good service. I have 3 accounts of 3 there, and I am quite happy with the service, the support and the app (both for browser and for mobile).

I have been using Holvi since June 2022 and I am very satisfied with the process. Can be a trick to not have a physical bank in certain circumstances but for a small business like mine, is definitely not a big deal.
Some accountant companies in Finland mention that they don't like the way they get the information from the bank but my current accountant has no issue with that and never complained to me about anything.
I open out of necessity as most banks are not interested in small businesses and take way too long to approve a business account but now, I don't even consider moving to a "tradicional" bank. In fact, I wish my personal account was also from Holvi.
