Amazing quality and standards

I've ordered two watches in the past two weeks one for my partner and one for myself we are both very very happy with the watches the quality is amazing and we love the fact its all amazing materials that the company uses and the standard is fantastic

So far I haven't received my order but I've communicated several times with Holtzern about my order. Once to get more information about the item and second about correcting part of the delivery address that I had inputted on the system. On both occasions Holtzern replied and responded promptly I'm looking forwards to receiving my item thank you

Great looking and superbly made

I was given a bracelet for Christmas as a present over a year ago. They are extremely well made with good quality materials. Fantastic looking and hard wearing. I wear mine all the time.

This solar watch does not work.It…

This solar watch does not work.It cannot be powered up, the movement is different to that advertised, the supplier just trumpets how wonderful they are but refuses to refund my money despite the 2 year guarantee despite being bought in the last month. I cannot return it as I do not have an invoice or order number as I bought this as a present.Beware - not fit for purpose and I believe to be design driven with no honesty.

Within the 24-month warranty, we offer a repair or replacement, which was also the case for your claim. A withdrawal is only possible within the withdrawal period. Your watch was ordered in July 2025 and is therefore already well outside the return window.

High-quality products with distinctive design

I bought a necklace for myself and a men’s bracelet that I gave as a gift. I was looking for jewelry with stones, high quality, and very refined. I didn’t know this brand, but when I came across the website I immediately realized it was the right place for me. Even though it’s easy to find similar jewelry at a lower price, I can guarantee that these pieces really stand out because you can clearly see the quality of the materials and the design has real personality. Everyone complimented my necklace, and once I wore it for the first time, I never took it off. I also needed to contact customer support, and although the response times are long as stated from the beginning, the level of support was exceptional!
Shipping, even internationally, is extremely fast.

Great product, excellent customer service

I had been admiring Holzkern's products online for some time and finally placed an order for my grandson's 21st birthday. The item was despatched promptly and, although not yet gifted to the recipient for his reaction, I am very pleased with the appearance of the bandlet. I did have reason to contact Customer Services and was very impressed with their response and kindness. I recommend this company.

Helpful and High Quality!

Full disclosure, I found this company off of an Instagram ad. I thought that their work looked beautiful and elegant, and Valentine's day was coming up. So, I bought the Lancelot watch for my husband, and the silverstream ring for myself. Unfortunately, my original order became lost in transit. I was really disappointed, but I contacted the team at Holzkern and they were very quick to respond, incredibly helpful and sent a new package right away! Not only was the team kind, helpful, polite and prompt, but the products were gorgeous!! They came in these beautiful wooden boxes, and the quality is superb. Incredible company. 10/10 would recommend!!

Excellent customer service

Bought a watch as a birthday gift for my wife. It arrived in good time and was well packaged. The watch and presentation box are excellent. My wife loved tge watch but unfortunately it stopped working on the first day. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement which was received within a few days. Faultless customer service.,

Exceeded my expectations

Although there were some delivery challenges, Melanie from Holzkern was incredibly helpful and supportive.

The watch itself is absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. The quality is great, and even the box it came in is beautiful. I will definitely cherish it for many years.

Shipement and customer service issue

I placed an order a day before yesterday and I got shipment confirmation mail too but yet now there is no movement in package,so when I reach out the postal team they told that they didn't receive the item from the shipper and I'm trying contacting Holzkern team for 2 days yet there is no update from them..My order number 20260036674US

Ordered products that came quickly, quality fantastic.

Ordered products happened to go on sale a short time after purchase, so I wrote a complaint.

Not only did they respond quickly but happy to work with me to find a solution, people over profit in this case, highly recommend.

Terrible ( THE WORST ) After care. AVOID

Edit - THREE MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING EXCEPT LIES - NO RESOLUTION HAS OCCURRED - YOU ARE LYING TO LOOK GOOD ON THIS REVIEW

Im so angry with their response below stating im not prepared to send pictures. Thats just a lie. I sent you pictures on both occasions. If i could upload screen shots here i would show you my email to you with the picture clearly visible.

I sent the first set of images 3.00pm on Dec 17th -

after two months of nothing from you

I sent the second set of images at 2.25pm 18th Feb

You sent me a really long form to fill in to get DHL to collect the faulty unit and after two failed collection attempts they finally collected just to reject your paperwork and bring the item BACK TO ME...!!!

That set of photos was sent at 1.06pm 6th March

Two more weeks drift by and all you have done is gone to this review and LIE - it took you 24 hours to respond to this yet you cant replace a broken item in THREE MONTHS

THE ABSOLUTE WORST AFTERCARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

Original Post Beautiful item.
Then it broke. The returns process is still ongoing from 10th December. Two very slow support tickets later and I'm left with lots of spare parts that have been sent to me, a few tiny tools, but absolutely no way of fixing the bandlet. You need proper tools to fix it, the pins they sent are so tiny and dont fit into the bandlet properly. Now I'm told I have to send the bandlet back. I dont have a printer to do the label. It will take yet more weeks if not longer....The after sales support is terrible. The bandlet was a present but im so bored of the slow pace of fix its nearly time to throw it in the bin .
Terrible after care.

If you had cooperated by sending them to us, we would have been able to determine the production series and offer a suitable solution earlier. It is also a pity for us that this matter is taking so long for you.

Was bought a broken watch for Christmas, Holzkern won't refund after their customer service takes weeks to respond

Bought a watch for Christmas, returned for repair as it was broken. Customer service took weeks to get the watch back and now it's broken again. Customer service is not giving a refund due to being outside of their refund window when the watch has been with them for weeks or we've been waiting for customer service to respond. Totally unacceptable to not refund because of their customer service delays, do not buy from them as it looks like we've wasted a lot of money and total ruined the whole experience

Regarding your case: The order was placed on December 10th. Our standard return period of 24 days was extended as a gesture of goodwill for the holiday season until January 31st. Therefore, the refund window has unfortunately now expired. For this reason, we are unable to offer a refund, but are eager to find a different solution that we can offer within our possibilities and guidelines.

That said, we certainly do not want you to be left with a faulty watch. We would be more than happy to arrange another complimentary repair to ensure the watch functions perfectly. Alternatively, we can offer you a gift card so you can choose a new watch from our collection with full flexibility. Our colleague will get back to you again shortly.

Ordered a watch for Christmas

Ordered a watch for Christmas. Watch arrived and continually kept stopping. After having to fill out loads of paperwork, the watch was returned. Watch eventually arrived back to me only to find that the watch is now continually loosing time. This has taken two months to get to this point and now I'll have to return the watch again. I'm now only interested in a refund. Absolute joke, clearly they can't make watches that work.
