38 degrees work hard to change things for the better, for all of us

I was shocked to learn that people are leaving bad reviews for 38 degrees! I've been signing their petitions, writing to MP's and supporting many other of their campaigns for years now and can only think of positive things about them.
From sending out wildflower seeds to encourage people to plant for the bees and other insects, to handing in petitions to No10 on everything from proposed cuts to holding water companies to account, they do an amazing job. What other way do ordinary people have to get their voice heard about things which matter? Writing to an MP as an individual doesn't carry as much weight as having thousands of people do the same on subjects which matter.
38 degrees are organised, efficient, and campaigning on everyone's behalf for a better world, from environmental causes to how austerity has impacted us all.
Shame on those who criticise. And well done to all of us who take the time and donate when we can to support this wonderful group of people who work hard to achieve change which benefits us all.

YOUR VOICE IS HEARD

38 Degrees gives individuals the opportunity to participate in campaigns which represent their views and concerns. One person cannot change things but large numbers can. 38 Degrees gives us a powerful voice and although we are not always successful and I dont always agree we are noticed. Ignore the moaners. I support monthly and I feel empowered.

Make a difference with 38 degrees.

I have been a member of 38 degrees for many years. I have given my opinion on many of their campaigns. Opinions matter and opinions count. I am proud to say I can make a difference on topics I care about.

38 Degrees fighting for your rights

38 Degrees is an amazing non-profit organisation that highlights many political and life changing topics.
As a nation we’re swamped with right wing newspapers and it’s important to hear balanced views from a group that are dedicated to action. I am always delighted to receive emails from them especially when the topics are important to me.

For the people

They are very good group trying to work for us to make life better and give us what we need and are entitled too. If you’re one of the people saying bad things about this group you are uninformed don’t do this group harm you might need them one day.

Worthy of support.

38 Degrees gives me a voice to express my opinion on things I am concerned about. Something I can do in my retirement. Sometimes sheer numbers of people thinking on same track can help to change things for the better. This organization enables this and thus I think worthy of support.
My one criticism-I am already sending a small monthly donation, I would appreciate if I was not asked repeatedly for more. Please if someone is giving you all that they can afford it is annoying when asked for more! Your system should be able to pick out those who are giving you money. Then Leave them alone. It seems to me you are not appreciating what you ARE given!?

They are a none profit making company…

They are a none profit making company who help the British public to see the wider view of what is happening in Parliament and other places in the world. They do an absolutely marvellous job and I support them by making a small donation each month which helps to support the action they take on things that should matter to us to make the world if possible a better place to live.

No campaign too small. No issue Irrelevant.

I am alerted to campaigns and I can choose which ones I want to support. 38 Degrees always let me know the result of any campaign; it’s not just about national campaigns either, but local issues. We can also use the platform to begin our own campaign and/or bring issues to the attention of a wider audience.

Help a good cause.

Help a good cause.
I am a pensioner and have been a long time contributor to 38 degrees. They keep me regularly informed on important issues that I am usually 99% in agreement with.
They fit my political outlook like a glove and I am happy to contribute to a group of people who are trying to make the world a better place.

Doing their best

I don't agree with some of the campaigns but most of them I do agree with. 38 Degrees do their best to show those in power there are ordinary people who do not like or agree with their overpowering regulations and two tier justice.

Keeping the public aware

Most of their campaigns are connected with things I've cared about for years, so I'm happy to support them. If it's something I don't want to support I simply ignore it. We need things like 38degrees to keep a watching brief on what's happening around us.
