As far as I can tell it works well. It works in the background, and I never notice it. I rely on professional advice and reviews. Sophos was recommended over my previous (AVG) . Recommended by the software/computer store where I purchased the new laptop. It is important to me to be able to use it on multiple devices. A good product that I can share across the devices in my home. Saves me money and frustration.

Works well. The program updates itself and I don’t worry about protection.

I was surprised that the Dashboard indicated that my device was "Vulnerable" even though all boxes were green, and I was "Protected". I posed the question to the Chat Bot and did as directed but it got more obtuse as I got deeper into it. Ultimately I went back to Help and loaded the diagnostic tool and after second restart the Vulnerable message went away. This has been my only issue in nearly two years of use.

My Several years ago, my commercial computer guy uses Sophos and several years ago he suggested I do the same.
I followed his lead and since that time Sophos has protected my computer for several years. No hacks, no problems.

I have been a Sophs customer for several years and subscribe to the Home Premium service. Since my upgrade to Apples Big Sur OS 11.7 I have several times experienced the red shield while indicates no Sophos protection. I also was unable to use the scan function, after malware was detected. Not sure if it is an Apple, or Sophos issue. The chat system is somewhat helpful, but not always.
It could be an Apple issue or Sophos, and all I know is that as the end user I have to deal with it. A re start of the Mac seems to clear the issues. I would like a simple to manage protection service that has a consistent level of quality performance.

I've used Sophos for years. Its safe & reliable with minimum system drain unlike some others. If security is of importance then this is the one.

Excellent product with all the functionality & ease of use you need. This includes full remote access to scans & setting up/removing devices, all within a very small non-intrusive footprint which results in almost no discernible impact on performance whilst being run. Factor in up to 10 devices (including desktop, laptop, tablet, iOS & Android) very good & quick customer support & a realistic price: it's a real winner & overlooked gem.

I’ve never had any issues with any of my laptop, iPad, phone etc since going with Sophos.

Sophos Home performs its function and had detected several actacks and spams.
I would like to have easier and more clear instructions to performe some update or corrective tasks. but this is a minor issue
