Chair was ordered for son in care home, was delivered on time and very pleased with it.

I was overjoyed by the chair. The quality was superb. The fabric I chose was true to the sample online. I was worried that I would get a bariatric chair of the price that would meet my needs. How wrong I was! It was perfect. Great lumber support, comfy cushion to sit on and a well upholstered chair. I ordered an extra cushion in case it wasn’t the right height or soft enough for me to sit on. Wow! I have severe lymphodema, arthiritis, ulcers that are in the wrong place, if you get my meaning. How grateful I am. It arrived promptly, and the relief I have had can be measured by the smile on my face. You couldn’t choose better if you want a good chair.

I am delighted with my sturdy new chair with skis which makes it much easier for me to manoeuvre myself up to the dining table. I worked in residential care for many years so knew of the advantages of these chairs for those like me with mobility problems. But I was drawing a blank at finding a company which could deliver just one chair to a domestic address, and then I came across Homecarechairs and my problem was solved. The wide choice of colour for the wood and upholstery was an added bonus. Delivery was also very good - the delivery driver carried it in for me.

I really recommend Homecare chairs, the customer service was amazing. My partner required a full hip replacement and I had no idea where to start looking for a chair that would suit his needs. I called the company and they spoke me through what could be the best choice for my partner, and where happy to make amendments just after I placed my order. The only downside is I didn’t get a dispatch email but one call to the number on the emails confirmed when I should be receiving the chair- bang on the 2 week timeframe!

The chair itself is lovely and sturdy, it fits in with the rest of our furniture. I was worried it would look like a ‘nursing home/ hospital chair’ but it’s stylish, high quality and most importantly very comfortable for my partner. Couldn’t recommend this company enough

The website was easy to use. We were kept well informed on the progress of our order. Delivery went smoothly - the delivery men were polite and helpful making sure that our new chairs were placed as we wanted. The chairs are comfortable and great quality - excellent value.

I was a bit nervous about ordering a chair online without having the opportunity to try it first as it was for my elderly mother. However, I was delighted that it arrived promptly and was so well made. My mother loves her new chair which is well designed and so comfortable. Tremendous value for money and fits well in our living room, I chose a wing back style with Queen Anne legs and I was impressed at the range of colours and fabrics. I would certainly buy more furniture from Homecarechairs.

The chair is very good - it provides good support and easy to get up from. Good value for money. It fits in well with other funiture on the room.

The order was easy to complete and the chair was exactly as I ordered when it arrived. Delivery was prompt and within the estimated time. The chair looks good and is wonderfully comfortable.

Had to ring to chase delivery, given a delivery date, took time off work, waited in for the day and no sign of chair!. Phoned to be told that delivery had been changed to a different day, received no communication from Homecarechairs advising me of this! When chair was finally delivered additional cushion that was ordered was missing on the delivery, phoned to inform them of the missing cushion to be told that it would be sent out by courier and i would receive it the next working day, a week later no sign of additional cushion that had been ordered and paid for! had to ring once again to chase and find out where it was, i have now finally received the additional cushion. Customer service very poor, wont be purchasing from them again!

I ordered Alisson Orthopedic chair for my elderly mother. Compared to chairs of this standard from other companies I think this one was reasonably priced. My mum is very pleased with it. It looks good and she finds it really comfortable.
The only thing though , since I have got use to quick deliveries these day, this item was not that. It took about three weeks. However when I enquired by email, Homecare Chairs responded quickly giving me the day and approximate time. The delivery man came at that time and was extremely helpful.

I needed a certain type of chair in a hurry and it came with the spec I'd asked for in less than 10 days, well wrapped and delivered to where I'd asked.

Second chair I’ve ordered in a month. Really comfortable and well made. Also the delivery drive went above and beyond to get my chair to us on the agreed delivery day. He’s a star

The website was easy to use: I have High-functioning Asperger's and so need things to be a particular way; this website I could work out. The delay in construction because of social distancing requirements wasn't too long.

The chair itself is vey comfortable, even though I couldn't (obviously) test sit it before accepting it. It has been commented on by visitors that it looks nice, is solid and well-made. Thank you Home Care Chairs (smile !).

The big problem was the communication. When I received the notification that "my order had been processed", that made it sound as if they were only just beginning the process having sorted the paperwork, not "your chair is completed". I e-mailed to ask when it would be delivered, so my wife and I could arrange to be in, and had no reply.

The next day, when we were out all day on my wife's day off, we came back to find it had been left outside in the driveway (!), and our very kind, elderly neighbours had hefted this thing into our back garden. Good job a) it's a nice area, b) we have nice neighbours, c) it was warm and dry.

So, 5 stars for the chair, but only 1 star for communication / listening to the customer, thus 4 stars over all.

The website for Homecare chairs is easy to navigate, couldn't decide on material, ordered swatches (arrived within 24 hours). Ordered chair and foot stool, found the customer services very helpful. Chair and footstool well made and the attention to detail is excellent. Arrived on time, delivered by Homecare chairs. I've had my chair and footstool for two weeks, the support to your back and hips are amazing(make sure you order the right size).
Very pleased with my purchase would highly recommend.

Would have been 5 ⭐️ if it weren’t for the fact I had to chase the delivery date. Was told they would re send the delivery email which I never got (either the initial one nor the alleged re send)
The chair, when it arrived, was not the colour or fabric as described but mum liked it and decided to keep it

a great chair with excellent options for people who need chairs to certain specifications due to ill health or disabilities. Great to be able to have it made with a pressure relieving cushion in the chair. Looks attractive in the home and not like a standard hospital chair. Easy to get VAT off for disabled. Delivered to the house and brought in and placed in correct location. District nurse was so impressed she has taken the details to recommend to other patients
