Unacceptable experience – avoid this company at all costs.
I returned the apartment in spotless condition—cleaner than when I moved in—yet they charged me €370 for a so-called "cleaning service." They also falsely accused me of damaging the parquet and tried to charge us, which I strongly refused. This is not a legitimate rental experience—it feels more like being scammed. They seem to look for ways to exploit tenants at the end of the contract.
Untrustworthy and dishonest. I do not recommend renting from them under any circumstances.
I recently had an unfortunate experience with HomeFacility. After we moved out, they deducted a significant amount from our deposit for "final cleaning"—despite the apartment being returned in immaculate condition, even cleaner than when we moved in. The invoice implied they spent over 10 hours cleaning, which was completely unrealistic given the condition of the apartment.
Additionally, they initially tried to charge us for damages we clearly weren’t responsible for. Only after we provided evidence disputing those claims did they shift focus to these inflated cleaning charges. It felt as though they were looking for any excuse to reduce the deposit refund.
I strongly advise others to thoroughly document everything and be very cautious if renting through this company.
This company should not be trusted.
First, they refused to do an in-person inspection at check-in, which is typically required in cases of dispute.
Then they terminated the (legally binding) contract a few days before the lease began, claiming that there was water damage. They ignored all requests for evidence.
I believe that they lied and possibly committed fraud in order to illegally terminate a contract.
Do not trust them under any circumstances.
