bought product, got an email saying it was unavailable and would be sent the next week when stock was due, no further updates, sent 2 follow up emails - no reply

been going on for over 2 weeks

Great service and best quality pads. Fast postage

It was a fast delivery. Using the Tens pads on a belt instead of trying to get 4 small pads on the right place on my back is so much easier to use. Saves a lot of stress.

My came, a little delayed, but everything was there and works really well.

I ordered the Comfy Stim Plus and so far I really like it! I like how simple it is to use, it's light weight and great for those on the go. Packaging was really good and I received my parcel in 2 days. I will definitely be buying from Homemedics again!

Just what I needed

Good company to deal with. Even around the holidays, my purchase was sent promptly and arrived within days. I purchased Premium XL tens pads, rubber pads and alcohol wipes. All look like good quality.
Just note the rubber pads DONOT come with a strap as advertised.

The ordered replacement electrode pads for my Osim TENS machine arrived on time. The goods are of good quality.
However, using these new pads, the machine is only able to output electric pulses on one channel (the machine, on new batteries, has not enough power to drive the two channels of the new pads?).

The product came fairly quickly but does not fit standard size TENS. It's too small. At least for mine.

Product broke after one use. No one has gotten back to me about replacement.
