It's very rare these days to experience such a high level of professional and exquisitely knowledgeable service fine tuned to your specific and personal exacting needs. I needed a new set of pots and a wiring loom for a very rare and beautiful Gibson Custom Wes Montgomery Master Model archtop by James Hutchins and James went way beyond me create for me a tailor made creation of the best quality components you can find anywhere at an extremely reasonable price and rapid time frame. I really don't think I've ever come across service and support as good as I got from James. Just "good" service these days is rare enough, this is something else altogether! He went totally above and beyond to help me out when I screwed up due to my own clumsiness. Thanks mate, I'll definitely spend more money at James' Home of Tone when I inevitably need to buy some more stuff to mod/upgrade my guitars.

I ordered knowing that James was on holiday and so I would need to wait a few extra days. He shipped my order extremely quickly once he was back and even wrote a note thanking me for my patience. I think that tells you all you need to know, he's a lovely guy who really cares about what he does.
