Reporting to financial ombudsman they have issued me with an arrears when I have not signed the credit agreement this goes against the consumer credit act, staff at helpline are useless

Dishonest, Unproffesional & Deceitful
After out kitchen was flooded on 19th January we have been messed around by Home Protect and GHG, thier loss adjustor.
For seven months they have dragged out thr claim, lied, when wr complained they agreed they had treated us appallingly. Still no resolve.
The did however find time to revisit my renewal quote. Its gone up because if a claim thats not been settled, due to their unproffesional approach.
As the claims still open we are uninsurable, meaning wr have had to renew with these folk.
Please, please do not buy from these folks. They are the devil.
