Scammers company
Wish I read the reviews. Don't even think about joining this company. Took 4 months money and no service done on my boiler. Now I have cancelled the policy and they want one month notice that's 5 months money down the drain.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

A scam company.
We were impressed by the stars they have, so we joined them.
When our oven stopped working, we called them they promised an engineer would call us within 24 hours. We waited and nobody called. After we chased them, we received a text message asking us to call a number to book an engineer (Which contradicts what we were initially told, which was that an engineer was going to call us!)
We called that number and it turned out there was nobody to answer!
Do not trust! This company is the same as (home rescue.co.uk) which has 1.4 stars on trust pilot! Check Trust pilot Reviews of that one and you will see victims of scam. The company will make you pay subscription and when you need help, you won't even get through to anyone! We are warning you based on a true experience and we can share with you our Policy Number: WS612002 as evidence. Do not get deceived by some positive reviews. Most of you will suffer.
I called them and they visited my house. Guy talked like a used car salesman. No ID or business cards. Fake website. Dodgy procedures, resulting in many calls from ambulance-chasing legal firms who don't state their greedy percentage until they've drawn you in. Be warned.
I phoned this company up at 08.25 on an 0333 number, and was told in no uncertain terms NOT to call until 08.30.
Calling back at 08.31, I found that the number was now being redirected to the O2 voicemail.
A tin-pot company, insulting a potential customer, and more than likely, a scam.
Received a leaflet through my door about damp & mould - contacted the number and a polite fella answered very professional. We arranged to come do a survey at my property and I must say he was very attentive and listened about my issues. Decected damp using a device and took photos and helped me get on board with a Law firm who will now be assisting me. Thank you Cori
If you in Swansea South Wales I recommend contacting him.
this company are scammers had damp in my house and the whole neigbour hood had the same problem they said it was case going forward then after you chase them up there no case be warned dont let in your house
