Checkout was quick didn’t run into any problems

Took ages to arrive. Jacket came and was like plastic. The zip was broken and I have been told for a refund I need to pay for the shipping back to China.

I was a bit unsure about sizing but it ended up fitting better than expected so no complaints there

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife they have arrived.i cant believe what they sold me they are nothing like the picture or the description.i have asked for a full refund they want me to send them back to them they offered for me to keep them.and have a 10% refund. on another email they said they have send me £15 voucher I dont want to buy anything from them again.i just want my money back and paid into the original payment.
They said to send them back.which they told me it would cost alot to send back.the address they gave me was Asia.they have broken the law by false advertising I just want my money back.

I ordered a faux fur jacket online and it was really pretty, I was very satisfied with my order! Also the customer service is excellent so I would definitely recommend x

This is my third review after Cherish Co replied to my first two reviews only here on Trustpilot, and the disappointment continues. The company is very prompt with its diplomatic responses here on Trustpilot, creating the impression that it genuinely cares and is actively trying to resolve customers’ issues.

In reality, that is not the case. I separately sent them a direct message last week explaining the issue in detail, along with photos, and I have not heard back from them at all.

I got the faux fur jacket and some slippers, and I’m glad I did. The jacket is actually soft, not that stiff fake material I was worried about. I wore it out once and someone asked where it’s from, which literally never happens to me. The slippers are super easy to wear and I’ve been using them daily. Both pieces ended up being really solid.

Got multiple items for the discount and it made sense financially

Ordered 3 items and everything came together without issues

Ordered a hoodie, looked thick and good quality on the site.
What I received was a thin material cheap imitation.
The hoodie had cut out design details but on what I received these looked like they were cut with scissors and left unfinished.
I contacted them for a refund it they told me I had to pay to send it back at my expense (almost half the price of what I ordered) before they would refund. That’s not how that works so I’m going thru my bank to charge back. They offered store credit but I cannot trust what I receive will be anything like what’s pictured. Will never use this company again, and I recommend you don’t either.

Boots feel durable so far and don’t feel like they’ll fall apart quickly

The slippers are comfortable enough to wear daily no issues so far

Ordered joggers and slippers both turned out to be good everyday items

Quality of items is good, as was the tracking process. The only thing is you need to order at least one size up.

Awful!
Ordered two dresses in different sizes, delivery longer than expected. On wanting to return they stated they need to go back to the warehouse in China which costs more than half of what the dress cost. Ridiculous as states UK company. Total rip off wouldnt even leave 1 star, DO NOT ORDER

What a waste of money and massive misrepresentation of products. I have just taken delivery of a "linen shirt" that is fit for a dish cloth.
Do not order from thus website. It is not uk based and is stealing your money by sending absolute garbage in place of the promised purchase.

BE AWARE - COMPANY IS BASED IN ASIA... The co.uk website is to pretend that they are based in the UK.

Poor service --- poor quality - AVOID AVOID AVOID. And to top it all - you have to pay the return costs even when the product wasn't received on time.

EDIT: Your return terms are not transparent. On your site it states "EASY 14 DAY Returns. We offer a 14 day return or exchange". - It is not clear that I would have to pay the cost of the return.
Your website states your a a Netherlands company - but you have a .uk web page/ and your shipping in sent from Asia. When I ordered - it stated shipping in 1-2 day so I expected the order to arrive in time. I ordered through Shopify it wasn't made clear that it the parcel was going to take 7-9 working days to arrive - otherwise I wouldn't have placed the order. Your website is not transparent. The order number is #2164
