I found this to be an excellent service.
Everything was delivered as per described on the Internet.
I was contacted by phone the next day. Date agreed for inspection. EPC report produced within 3 days of visit.
Staff were polite and helpful.

Very quick turnaround
Phonecall to make appointment received within 24h and actual appointment arranged for two days later. Assessor arrived on time and was very polite. Certificate uploaded to register at the end of the appointment. Very impressed at how quick and painless the process was and much cheaper than we were quoted by local estate agents.

Very pleased
Homescore were very helpful in organising the EPC visit. When the gentleman came he explained all the reasons why it was needed, what he was about to do and what would happen when the report was completed. My home was treated with respect and the gentleman did the report with efficiency and care. I would honestly refer any person I know to use this service when they require an EPC.

Needed EPC urgently. Called them up and they came and surveyed and issued the epc next day. Surveyor was polite and service was good value fixed price especially for quite large house.

A happy customer
Overall I was pretty happy with Homescore, after booking online they were prompt in confirming the appt , which was booked for the next day. Some slight issue in the report regarding energy saving, it talked about solar panels for heating the water etc when there is not really enough room for a sufficient amount to make it a viable option. Other than that I was happy enough
