I paid on Sunday night and was guaranteed a phonemail the next day and someone to come and see me by Wednesday - I did not get a phonemail until Thursday and had to wait over a week for an appointment.
However, once the person came, the service was very good and the man carrying out the service was efficient and pleasant.
