Matt was very informative and listened to my experience so far. He gave me his insight into why my property has not yet sold and gave me a clear plan going forward. He did not rush me or loose interest.

After a referral from a friend that had used Matt’s expertise in the past I made the call. It’s the best call I’ve made in a long time! My house had been on the market over a year and I was really worrying about keeping payments up with the cost of living and having recently been widowed.
Matt offered me a few options that didn’t necessarily mean I used his services. There was no hard sell. He talked me through and then sent me through all details of what he could offer me. We had a really good chat over a few phone calls as initially I was wary. There was the most simplest contract to sign which also explained how I could pull out at any point with no charges.
Once signed I was introduced to Kirsty who was going to be my point of call and would help with the sale. Well, she certainly did that! They went for the hard sale with 2 estate agents and within a very short space of time I had viewings. These had dried up before with just letting the estate agent deal with it. But, not only viewings, I had offers. Then it was me making the decisions of who to go with.
Kirsty was in touch with me every step of the way. She really took the reins and I felt as if I could sit back and just leave everything up to her. The pressure is really off when you accept their help.
The smallest thing and she was on the phone to me letting me know.
Communication is key and this company really go the extra mile.
I will 100% use this company again when I want to sell a property, I won’t even go to an estate agent, straight to Matt!

I reached out to Home Selling Expert after a potential buyer backed out of purchasing my property. We had a reservation for a new build, but the developer wouldn't hold the plot indefinitely. Matthew from Home Selling Expert called me punctually and took the time to understand our situation. After discussing our circumstances, we explored our options. It became clear that selling directly to a house buying company wouldn't meet our minimum requirements. I initially thought Matthew might not be able to assist further, but he stayed on the call and reviewed various options, including examining our property listing on Rightmove. He pointed out that our current estate agent had predominantly lower-budget clients and suggested an alternative agent with numerous properties valued significantly higher than ours, indicating they might have clients suitable for our property. After considering that I was committed to the first agent for 20 weeks, he advised me to market the property with both agents on a dual-agency basis. I'm now awaiting the outcome. My property has been on the market for a while now and I was really uncertain on what to do about it - whether I should go stick with the estate agent or switch to an auction house.
