Had a conversation with Matthew today and was very happy I spent the 20 minutes to do so.
Unbiased advice with all options available to me broken down and explained why they are or aren't a good option for me right now.

I reached out to Matthew regarding the sale of my house after he offered a free advice session. He was fantastic! His knowledge of the housing market and the business of selling houses was impressive. The insider tips he provided on selling my house were invaluable. I now realize how much estate agents have misled me in the past and feel much more confident in handling the situation. I highly recommend having a chat with him if you’re selling your property.

I spoke with Matthew earlier today, and I can honestly say it was the most productive 20 minutes I've ever spent. He gave me good, solid advice, remained completely impartial, explained things clearly and made total sense. If you want to sell your house, this is the man to speak to!

I got in touch with Matthew Cooper for a telephone conversation about the sale of my house after he left me an offer of a free advice session. He was brilliant! Found by accident and impressed by website with alot of information. Followed it up and booked a phone call. Explained the situation in detail. Mathew then laid out the options and figures one could expect in each case. This was a great help to move forward the sale.
