Over a month since I ordered 2 signs as Christmas gifts they still haven’t arrived. Contacted Home sign and was told there was nothing they could do, it was due to Royal Mail. Maybe choose a different provider!!!

The product is great
The product is great, the service not so !.
Firstly I ordered two signs and only one was delivered and the drilling template was the wrong size. It took about 3 emails over a couple of weeks to finally sort this out and then about 2 further weeks for another sign and a template to be sent out.

Chuffed with the product we ordered, exactly what we were expecting! There was a delay with the delivery but we were informed due to the Royal Mail strikes expect a 2 week delay.

The quality is great and a smooth…
The quality is great and a smooth ordering process. The sign was ordered 26 November 2022 and proof confirmed 3 December 2022 however it was delayed and arrived 19 December 2022. I put this down to the recent postal strikes so I would urge you to disregard the timeframe involved as this is out of the company's control. I am very happy with my purchase.

2 beautiful signs
Have ordered 2 signs from this company. The first (house name in spanish) disappeared in the post, all I received was the postage label and invoice. Michael made a new sign for me free of charge as soon as he came back from holiday. I was so impressed with the sign that I ordered a number as well. This arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it. I have nothing but praise for the signs and the customer service. Each time I e mailed Michael he got back to me within 24hrs.

I don’t live there.…
Ordered numbers 4 and 1 on their website. I found the order form confusing. The wrong order arrived - numbers 146 plus a road name attached to the numbers!! Still waiting for my original order. Would not use this company again. Recommend others don’t either.

Loved the Product in the Ad.
Love the product and clicked through to buy on an ad offering a discount.
Good Comms to design the sign and I bought it for the new house.
Now got it up and it looks great.
Beware though, the discount never happened. Otherwise, great deal.
