I have ordered more then a few weeks ago and I have still not received my package.

I purchased a Home Sign from this Company. It was very poor quality. It looked nice but lasted 3 months on the house before the lettering and numbering started to peel away. Also I emailed Customer Services, who did not bother to reply. I was sent an email with an invoice for a new sign with total equalling zero. I assumed they were sending a replacement. It never came. I emailed again and no reply. I would recommend you keep your money and get your House Sign from a different company, as I will now have to do.

I have waited over 50 days for my order, the company are slow to reply, fail to give me updates and I just cannot recommend them.

I am yet to receive my order, I placed the order over a month ago… I contacted the company who apologised and said that it was due to ‘unprecedented demand’ but promised to get it made that week. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received my order so I contacted them again. They took 5 days to respond to me and said that the order had been made but was waiting to be dispatched. That was a week ago. Unable to comment on quality of product but customer service and wait time on orders is a shambles.

I paid the sign and never received it. its a scam.

We ordered a sign for our new build, the website said the sign would be posted after 10 days and could be delayed due to covid.
After 3 weeks the sign hadn't been posted so I asked for an update. They apologized for the delay and said it would be shipped within the next 48 hours. A few days later I received an email saying the sign had been shipped. I waited a few days then tried to track the order via royal mail, the tracking number provided didn't work, so I sent another email asking for another update and explained that the tracking number didn't work. They said that they had to send the sign as click and drop so no tracking was available, but reassured me it would be delivered within the next few days. Two days later I got an advice slip saying the poster hadn't paid enough postage and I had to pay a further £1.50. So I paid the postage and expected the sign to arrive a few days after that. Another week passed and still no sign, I sent them another email and was told to please be patient and wait, the sign then turned up that day in the afternoon. In total it took about 5 weeks for the sign to arrive.

The ordering process was fine but postage took way too long, no way to track the sign by myself or even home sign co, they didn't know where it was a one point. Also I paid postage at point of order then had to pay more because they didn't pay enough.

Overall pretty poor service, sign seems nice quality but don't order from here if you need it in a rush.

Product appears good, however, not impressed with having to go to the parcel office to pay an additional £1.50 in order to get the parcel due to the company not paying enough postage.
Some serious comms and logistics work needs to be done judging by other comments.

AVOID….if you need to return for any reason don’t expect any communication back from this company.
I ordered 2 but 1 wasn’t suitable and sent several emails and messages through there website for weeks and nothing, got bored so sent back recorded delivery and after they signed to say they received as sent tracked still no response from them so opened a dispute with PayPal and no response to the dispute from them so PayPal ruled in my favour (no reason not to as returned in packaging within the refund time line) and received a full refund from PAYPAL.
Look elsewhere plenty of other websites and cheaper with probably better customer care.

Awful company, awful service yet kept badgering me for a review.

Love my new sign. Lovely quality. Only thing I can fault was the delivery time was delayed due to the receiving a large amount of orders.

Just received my sign . Highly delighted. Having chosen a small plague I'm very happy with the design and shape it looks so good and a little bit funky

There's only one thing to say really "classy"

only complaint i actually have is that it took so long to get delivered at lot longer than expected but if you dont mind waiting its well worth it, im well pleased with my sign...

I ordered my sign on 25th august but nearly 3 weeks later I have not even been told its on it’s way. As I have not yet received my order I cannot comment on quality. Not very impressed with wait time. Advised to expect around 10 days but been nearly 3 weeks.
