COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. I bought a couch and received tracking info and was charged immediately and the delivery date continued to be pushed out. I ended up with 2 tracking numbers from 2 different freight shippers who both said they never even received the couch from home square. It’s complete BS DO NOT BUY!!!!!

iI had recently ordered a Pemberly Row Kitchen Island with Spice Rack in Gray Oak and it wasn't long to receive item went together fine no problems. i was very pleased with it. I was using it for my coffee marker three days later i noticed the counter top had bumps on it from a couple of water drops this shouldn't have happened this top should be made with a surface that repels water not made with raping paper well homesquare doesn't want to stand by there product told me to contact Walmart this is what they said Sorry for the issues you are having with your order. Please contact Walmart directly they can help you file a return through their system, or initiate the return process through your Walmart account.
IT IS SAD WHEN COMPANY DOESN"T STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT

Useless Drop Shipper with Zero Customer Service

I ordered a dining table directly from their website which was expected to be delivered within a week. After 10 days, however, there was still no tracking number nor estimated delivery date. Their customer service was non-existent, and had no ability to actually provide useful information. They continued to claim they were waiting to hear from the "manufacturer" for an update and would advise once they had an update.

As far as I'm concerned, this company appears to collect the money, sit on it while they find a way to fulfill the product and then string you along to try to get you not to cancel.

Don't buy from this company. And for those of you still waiting on refunds, don't bother with that route. Just call your credit card company to chargeback and harm their rating with their payment merchant accounts.

False Promises and No Delivery

I ordered a coffee table from HomeSquare and after three weeks of waiting, it was never shipped. My credit card was charged within 2 days of purchasing the item and I was immediately provided a tracking number, but after two weeks of no updates by the freight shipping company or their online tracking system, I called and found out that the freight shipping company had neither received any shipping information nor the table itself to be able to ship it to me. After a week of delays back and forth on the phone with HomeSquare (turns out you have to go through their Sales department to ask for Customer Service to be able to talk to a live person, because they ignored my email to their Customer Service support), I finally just cancelled the order and ordered the table through a different seller. Simply put, DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMESQUARE. They advertise products as being "In Stock," but are unable to deliver the item. They will run you in circles claiming to be trying to reach the manufacturer, asking for 24-48 hours of time each time, but after a week, I got fed up. AVOID HOMESQUARE / CYMAX AT ALL COSTS.

I have tried to call customer service…

I have tried to call customer service but it directs you to their and I have sent 10 emails with no response. My furniture arrived damaged and I was seeking replacement parts but have had no luck. They do not answer their customer service line, they do no answer their emails and their online form for replacement parts does not work. BE WARY!

They are the worest company I shopped a chair from them online Walmart Canada and the colure they show and the chair is poor qualify it is not the way you see it very short at the back it looks like children chair when you call wall Mart Canada the said talk to the 3rd party Walmart didn't stand for me this Cymax stores Inc is they are very bad instead of returning there trash chair they offered me to get $63.11 or I have to buy insurance for shipping and pay for shipping and send it with in 15 days instead of 30 days. They don't treat customer very good they like you said or she said it looks like you are in court .when Walmart Canada Wash's there hand and tell me to deal with them. I pass the worest experience I ever pass during this difficult time they stolen my daughter x-mass like the Grinch. Because I paid for the ugly chair $356 and some cent's. Some from my daughter X-mass gift card and credit card. The weirdest thing was they don't know who wrote massage for them for example when they write back they say as you said something you didn't write or contact them I call only Walmart Canada until they said as you said it is very upsetting by being connected with this kind of sellers by Walmart Canada before this situation I love Walmart Canada but now I don't trust the any more. My suggestion to customers that please don't buy any thing connected with the 3rd party especially from the USA.when I say from USA I am saying like CYMAX store Inc may be there are good ones. Cymax store Inc does not have any emphatic ❤️ after they received your money for there trash item. I gave them 1 star because I don't have any positions to give them but I will give them -100 for their poor service and for pushing me to receive there offer which is $63.11
Because to send it paying shipping and insurance and delivery from my home to the post office it will cost me close to I purchased so that I am really really forced to do that. Walmart Canada is loosing one of loyal customer too. I have learned my lesson all I am saying Becaerfull from this people .They are so bad. My tears is not stay out there. If you spit it up you received it on you face. I cursed them time will tell. Customer thank you for reading my message.

Homesquare...no customer service

Homesquare was great at processing and quickly shipping my order. The furniture I received is too big for its intended purpose and I have been attempting to return the items for almost 6 weeks. I’ve called their customer service line but you cannot speak directly to a customer service rep. I’ve emailed their customer service account several times and no one has responded.

Impossible to assemble

I would hardly call the 100 piece order an “easy-to-assemble” dresser. Especially when the instruction manual isn’t included. What’s more, I’m pretty sure there are parts missing. I’d know for sure if I had the previously mentioned manual. I’ve reached out to customer service and have yet to hear anything back. However, the delivery was timely and what I did receive seemed to be in quality condition considering the price I paid.

Probable scam through Walmart third-party merchant

Had an encounter with Homesquare (aka Cymax) as a third-party seller through Walmart. Put in an order for an item and noticed that it was listed as out of stock a few days later. A week after putting in the order, they canceled it. They sent an email claiming that previously unbeknownst to them, the item was on backorder with their manufacturer until March 31st, and that since Walmart required fulfillment by a certain date, they therefore had to cancel. Checking the website revealed at the time of receiving that email that the item was now back "in stock." I contacted them regarding this and inquired whether that was factually correct, and asked if I ordered again would they honor the previous price I had paid for my original purchase. They said that yes, the item was now in stock again, and that the price would be honored. Put in another order and let them know the order number so that they could honor the price. They told me that they had forwarded the info and that the price would be honored upon shipment of the item. (Note: I used a payment method which meant that the amount for the item was not charged until it shipped.) Another week after that, the second order was canceled and I received the exact same email as before stating that once again, unbeknownst to them, the item was on backorder by the manufacturer until March 31st. I don't believe that they ever had any intention of actually selling me the item, and I was only able to avoid a "pending refund" (that would undoubtedly never go through) because of the payment method used. The price on the site has fluctuated wildly every time the item is "restocked." DO NOT order from Homesquare or Cymax, especially through their site as you will most likely never see your money again!

Terrible Company!

Order bar stools which had missing parts. Tried to complete a return for a refund and return label was incomplete. Tried on many occasions to contact them via email as their website state, but no one ever responds. Left a message voicemail to one of the agents and no call back. Worst company I ever dealt with. Total lack of customer service. Will never order from them again and hope all other individuals will do the same to avoid total lack of professionalism by this company!

Sent incorrect color of chair

Sent incorrect color of chair. I did not want refund just wanted the correct color ordered. After weeks of communicating they inform me they never had the color I ordered in stock (so apparently just decided to send the color they did have). They refunded me, I then asked for instructions on returning the item. This took a week, finally I get an email saying to donate the item at a salvation army in their name and send proof to them...I'm all for paying respect and donating but think it is wrong I have to take time to do them a favor for their incompetent mess up. Shame on Walmart for partnering with a company who does not value decent business. Never ever order online from this company

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered a light which was promised the week before Christmas. It's now Jan 4 and nothing. I received an email with an order number and tracking but it errors out all the time. The company is almost impossible to contact by phone. I finally got through by saying I wanted to order something since the option to help me with a pending order only led to email which they ignored. They put me on hold to transfer me to customer service which is a farce since they don't seem to have ANY customer service. I finally hung up after being on hold forever. LOOK ELSEWHERE. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

Do not buy from Homesquare

Do not buy from Homesquare! I ordered a table set via Walmart. My account was vanished, order postponed and never completed. Over 4 weeks I am dealing with the seller, but they just keep sending me an automated response. Delivery company is not aware of anything. This is a fraud.

Awful company .

I ordered a filing cabinet through Walmart not realizing it was through a 3rd party vendor “homesquare” I tried to cancel the order before it came , I couldn’t . I lost a friend during this time and waited after 30 days and tried to return to Walmart who wouldn’t accept it and there I was told it was through a 3rd party vendor . I contacted them they would not take this item back bc it was passed the 30 day period I was not aware of because o thought I was a Walmart product . They do not care and have awful customer service . I will never recommended any products from this awful company.

I ordered thru Walmart

I ordered thru Walmart. Homesquare was late on shipment, promised 10% off. Order canceled. Furniture shipped by mistake. Offered 20% off if I accepted. I accepted and never got discount. Complained to Walmart and was promised full refund. They told Amex they were never contacted. Never ever order from Homesquare. They lie.

I ordered my couch through…

I ordered my couch through Walmart/homesquare and it said I would receive my couch about two weeks after my order, It has taken a month to get it and if you try to contact them they will not answer the phone and all the emails you send are just automated. DONT BUY from them. Also Walmart is a joke and won’t honor the site and this is why Amazon is smoking them in everything.
