Made a request, got responses within 24 hours. Discussed my requested job with contractor., job was completed 2 days later.

Eale did several home repair/maintenance projects that I needed help with - replacing a bathroom light, putting down steppingstones, removal of dead shrubs, installing a replacement screen door closer. He did a good job on all the projects, and was pleasant and friendly to deal with. Would definitely recommend and would contact him again for any future work.

This business does not get back to clients or contractors. no customer service and the approval for the site is broken or dead . Dont waste your time and energy with this . it will go nowhere.

The reply referring me to customer service is actually funny. Our company has multiple requests and a awaiting approval going on 3 weeks. The auto generated reply doesn't work here .

One of the contractors recommended by Homestars and, that I selected to repair my fencing, provided the details and support I needed to make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Bikram from Insight Pest Solutions was polite, extremely competent and a good listener. He explained what he was doing thoroughly and we were very satisfied with his visit and hard work.

I would not recommend Stargrove Basement Leaks based on my experience. I contacted Anthony to fix a minor basement leak at my property in Fort Erie. After inspecting the issue and charging $500 for excavation, he advised that waterproofing the affected area would solve the problem and quoted $5,000 for the repair. Based on his professional assessment and assurance that the repaired area would not leak, I proceeded and paid the full amount.

The work was completed in about two hours. After the next rainfall, I found that the excavated area had not been properly restored or compacted, causing the soil to settle and water to pool against the foundation. The basement continued to leak.

Although I was provided with a one-year warranty and assurances that the repair would work, my requests for a follow-up inspection and corrective work have gone unanswered. I am now considering hiring another contractor to redo the work. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Noor and his team did a very professional job installing our Latitude kitchen countertops. They worked efficiently and left the job site spotless, we would highly recommend their installation services.

Reformity gave me and my neighbourca good price for our fence. But when the work was completed, the last three panels were too short. Omar said that I had agreed to the length of the wood. I asked him who would finish a fence like this without checking back with the customer. He replied that he would have to charge me to redo the panels. It was easier and a lot cheaper to do it myself.
The workers left lots of dirt around the work site, and they displaced my retaining wall. I called several times about fixing this. Each time I was assured that they would be coming. But after the third time I realized they weren't coming,and five weeks later they are still a no-show.
I would caution anybody not to deal with these guys. My big mistake was to pay them before I was satisfied with the whole job.
