I required a project management service for a flat that I acquired as part of my portfolio in the Midlands. I live in Cardiff so travelling regularly was not something I was looking forward to doing. Long story short, we had Homesys oversee the project which was a flip, they took care of everything and we sold quicker than when it was with an Estate Agent, so it was also an sale assist on their part. all of my stress was removed

Jamal reached out to Obliterchem with a property in Finchley, London that was in need of some serious TLC before his Homeys Property Solutions team could get it ready to be put up on the market. Window cleaning, carpet cleaning and hard floor industrial machine cleaning across multiple bedrooms, from ground floor to loft extension.
I must say, Jamal was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and Jamal really cared about the quality of the work being carried out, even though it was not his actual property. He was very passionate about it, which was just fantastic to see and work with. He was very clear in what he wanted, prompt in communication, responsive to any logistical requests or questions we had (power, water supply, drainage, accessibility, etc) - but most of all just genuinely polite and hospitable professional to deal with whilst our team were on site.
Our cleaning team noticed that whilst Jamal was very intrigued by the cleaning process, he just let us get on with it - and unexpectedly, after all was said and done, some weeks later Jamal kindly sent us a link to the drone and interactive showcase footage of the property, with a further update not even a week later to share the fantastic news that the property listing had been snapped up before it's open day.
