Fabulous experience with Kariba properties, both Marco and JP have looked after a rental property, providing peace of mind when repairs were needed organising tradesmen and follow up services. Marco completed a sale on tbe property, guiding me through the process with exceptional knowledge and support. I can't thank them enough, and would highly recommend Kariba if you thinking of renting or selling your property.

I have been on the Property Indusrty for 17 years. I have had many good, mostly substandard experiences.

Then I tried a new agency Kariba Properties and dealt with Marco Baptista.

I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure so far.

The agency follows through with everything that was discussed and agreed.

My property has been on the market for sale and within 5 days I have 6 interested buyers. The delay in any offers is due to me relocating to a lease clarity. ( Land Registry Problem)
