We always purchase locally when we can, and it didn't disappoint, from the start viewing the product and to see how it all worked,covering aspects of quality security and style and design, thanks to jack in the showroom at eastwood.
No hard sell and honest prices.
Fitters Jude and Jake, were very good hard working had to deal with some atrocious weather conditions, while fitting our windows and doors, nothing was too much of a problem., thanks guys.
After fitting any snagging problems were dealt with promptly and efficiently, thanks to the two Joe's.
Nice to have new windows and doors
Up to date and stylish, love the front door,and the coluor brings our 1960's house more up to date, and refreshed

I would highly recommend HOMETEC
I would highly recommend HOMETEC. The service was tip top from beginning to end. No hard sell from Jack. Just clear and informative. The installation crew were so professional and skilled. No mess at all everything left tidy and neat. You’d hardly know they had been. Thanks Keith and Mickey. My new windows are high quality and look amazing. If you re looking for double glazing from a company you can trust I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with outcome after initial hiccup. The guys who turned up got on with their job briskly and without fuss. They were careful to avoid making mess and cleaned up well afterwards. Thank you to the team that did the work.

Excellent Customer Care
We had to call Hometec aftersales due to an intermittent problem with a locking handle. The office staff were on the case immediately and service engineer attended quickly was very efficient and professional. Thkq Hometec it's nice to do business with a company who is responsive and cares about the customer.

Very poor aftercare service
We had a salesman come round to measure up new door and give price based on what we asked for when it was installed it was not the size we asked for. Dispite many calls and emails no one got back to me with an answer or owned the issue

So impressed
So impressed with the staff we encountered and ease of installation. The communication was great, the installers were polite, professional and so friendly. The quote itself beat all other competitors we got one in the area and included a fix to our back door in our new house. As well as being a beautiful composite door and exactly what we asked for. Outstanding service, staff and company. We will be using them for all future window and door replacements!
